This is horrible, its been several months since i was last on here, i was very depressed.  But anyway we received our noa1 on nov. 2, 2017 and still have not received our noa2. Uscis claim they sent it to the local field office in my area. Its going on 1 year with no noa2. I have done everything in my power to find out why they are doing to us. I have reached out to the congressman, which didnt help, and the senator, thats when i received a email about it being in transit to local field office. I dont know what else to do. Can anyone tell me is there anything else i need to do , besides wait our life away.

i have an fb friend their noa1 is august 2017 and got approval august 2018.so they waited a year for noa2 😕

  2.  Hi @Greenbaum My fiance lost his job this month and we are worried about filling up the Affidavit of support because he dont have a current job. His 2017 tax report passed the poverty guideline however he dont have a job right now so we dont have last 3 months proof of income and COE. Is it okay to have co-sponsor for k-1? and if we dont have a co-sponsor..can we do the interview 6 months from our noa2?? We really want to do the interview by October but we are nervous what if we got denied because they wont accept co-sponsor :( or we can just wait for the time he already have a job then i can schedule my interview?

I can't believe that USCIS is still asking for the TOS (terms of service) from cherrybloosom. There has been hundreds if not thousands of couples who meet on CB and USCIS knows this. They also know that CB is not a marriage broker. It just amazes me.

Go to https://www.blossoms.com/termsofUseNew.php and https://www.blossoms.com/aboutUs.php and print off the entire pages. Then put the pages with a copy of the RFE in an envelope and follow USCIS's return instructions. Once they receive it your file will begin being adjudicated after about 2 weeks. Not approved but adjudicated to it's final status.  It should be approved soon.

    Good luck.

hi @Greenbaum i printed these links and sent to my fiance but he is kinda hesitant if this is the only paper they need from us? this is his response

Its going on 8 months now and we are still waiting for our noa2. I dont know what else to do. This is very discouraging and doubtful. Its like everyone is getting their noa2 and moving on, getting ready to start their lives together, and they have pushed us to the side. I am afraid to keep inquiring because it seems as if they push it back the more i inquire. The website claims that the petitions are processed in the order that they are received. I found this to be in conflict to the way they are processing, for instance we received noa1 in nov. 2 from the old website and the new website said nov 7. 2017. Is their anyone else going through this? Do anyone have any ideas on what else to do? Thos is so sad 😢.

dont worry you are not alone.were at 236 days.about to submit a reply from rfe.it is so annoying that we sent the letter with the packet from the dating site claiming that they are

not a marriage broker and yet we still got an rfe about proof that it is not a marriage broker.now we are about to send the terms and condition.kinda worried some rfe takes about a month or more once they received it.

  6. update to my case..after calling uscis last monday to make a service request ..2 days after..we receive an rfe (we are at 224 days waiting)😑idk what could be that rfe since we have a simple case.both not yet married and no criminal record(even DUI) .im kinda relief but worried as well.i know 2 person from august and september filer that got an rfe and yet still not approved until now 😕

  7. we are now at 222 days.we cant get a help from the congressman..whenever my fiance go to their office..they say the person who is assign to the immigration is busy and he need to go back again on a different date.my fiance called before he go there to make sure that person assigned to immigration is not busy and he was told to go again the other day.undortunately he dont have that much time in the world to always go to their office because he have job too.he have an option wherein he can sign the form online and send it to them but however whenever he tries to generate the form it is always error.today is the first time he called uscis tier 2 to have a service request.he was told that he will receive a letter after 15-30 days and gave him a reference number. HAS ANYONE CALLED TIER2 AND WAS INFORMED THE SAME THING? are we gonna believe on this?? does this really work?? HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED GETTING APPROVED AFTER THE SAME SPIEL THAT THEY TOLD US?? 😑

    I'm at 216 days now.

My NOA 1 is Nov. 6th Old Nov. 8th new.

This is exactly the reason why I don't hold much promise in contacting Congressman or Senators much less putting in an inquiry to the USCIS.

If you have people who feel they need to start inquiring in advance then it only encourages others to do the same, which, in turn simply bogs up the already bogged up system.

I've been patient and only just started to file any sort of inquiries but I am outside of normal processing time now.

You pretty much just confirmed to me that yourself along with who knows how may others are jumping the gun.

Sorry for the vent but put yourself in some of the November filers shoes.  See how you feel when you start seeing people who filed in March te complaining and writing to Congressman while you still haven't heard anything two months from now.

we waited for 7 months too before contacting congress office .we like to follow by the book. we are now 214 days and we are just about to call by monday.

And everyone else who has supported me at some point throughout this process. Just wanted to share the good news. Sorry it took me so long but my case was approved while I only had 2 days left to spend with my fiance.  I became super busy after that and of course my fiance and I had to celebrate.  We were getting ready to go to Dunns River Falls when the email came in.  My case is updated on new and old site and I received both text message and email. I'm overjoyed... thankful to God and you all for your support!!! Good luck to everyone that's still waiting...

Congratulations on your approval. I am a January filer. And yesterday, my fiancé emailed his congressman and will do follow up appointment next week. It’s just sometimes frustrating hitting the mark of 7th month without hearing anything from the USCIS.

Whatever it takes atleast we tried asking for help. :)

they are still on december.too many novembers is not approved yet.

    1) "I would like to know why many cases that were sent to USCIS in the days and weeks after mine have been approved, while I've seen no updates on my case."

    2) "I have been waiting for an update since I first received NOA1 209 days ago."

    3) "I would appreciate if your office can inquire with USCIS about the status of my case and determine why it appears to have been skipped over."

    Something like that.

thanks for this 🙏😊we will send an inquiry to congressman next week.its good that he is a democrat 🤣pro immigrants LOL
