Thanks for the advice. But Are yall serious? She lives in another country thats why i am here. I have 12 days vacation at the moment and can only feasably visit her 1 time a year. 
Are you suggesting that I visit her once a year for 3 years then marry her? 
I posted here for the process info and not for decision making advice whats best for me morally. I think im a pretty good judge of character. 
How many times have you met your over seas fiancee before marrying him her? The requirement is once within 2 years correct? Is there an amount of time frame?  And have 90 days to wed. 
 
Btw...if this girl is faking and insincere she should be in hollywood with an oscar award. I just dont believe that her and I are not being authentic. Im pretty much past teenage infactuations.

My fiance received one shot during the medical exam in Algiers. He took a copy of his shot records but needed a tetanus shot to be updated.

don't let some peoples comment get to you. they are just comments. all you need is proof of having met her in person in the last 2 years. 

As far as I know there is no limits.  They put a waiver clause in there a few years ago where you request a waiver for multiply filings.
 
I had to do that my last K1, but it was just a simple request I did on a sheet of paper.
 
If I was a betting man, I would say I will be doing a 4th K1 in a few years.

The shots is optional for K-1 since it is only required during AOS stage. However, I believe that both way is fine. But, still, the doctor who are doing your medical exam should fill up your vaccination record. It is called DS-3025. That is one of the documents needed during AOS stage

I believe that all the shot will be taken during the medical exam. While doing the medical exam, they will ask you to provide vaccination record (if any), then they will make a decision which shot you should take and give you option whether you want to take the shot there or wait until you arrived at States. Since for K-1 visa, vaccination is required during AOS stage. However, of course it is cheaper to take it at beneficiary country.

Yes they are quick i think because their's only few people applying , I live close to the embassy  in algeries.

I am not trying to judge your relationship but your story is a bit odd , having a boyfriend from the us , splitting and then having another boyfriend from the us , anyway good luck

Where it does state that you need to specify the online website or app where you met ? , I actualy didnt specify anything and got my NOA2 without any RFE , i have no idea where you get that kind of information

Man dont listen to them , i know some one who had recently his interview on a cr1 visa he didnt provide them with a wedding pictures and they got maried on the first visit and he got his visa , even if shes not same religion , and it was in the embassy of algeria

Wrong. There are millions of couples who didn't provide wedding photos and had no problems. My husband and I included.

Hello guys we filled for a K1 visa during October 2017 and today we got approved , but we don't know what to do next , should we wait for the embassy to contact us or we need to call them , were a little bit confused about the process

Really?  So there aren't American born men (and women) who don't scam American born women (and men) to get what they want???  Money, sex, property, status.............it happens everyday right here in America between Americans.
 
Just because someone wants a better life for themselves doesn't mean that they are not in love and want a future with the person who they meet and marry to immigrate with.  Sure, some people (men and women) don't care about being in love and in a genuine relationship to immigrate, but a lot of people are genuine with their USC partner. 
 
Yes, it's the COs job to weed the scammers out, but don't say that  "North African men are notorious for scamming" ..................why don't you say that about women marrying USC men 30 years older than her??  Do you really think they are ALL genuinely in love with the man?
