NOA 2 what to do after

Hello guys we filled for a K1 visa during October 2017 and today we got approved , but we don't know what to do next , should we wait for the embassy to contact us or we need to call them , were a little bit confused about the process

That was a quick NOA2 approval. Did you expedite your petition?

what do you mean by expedite , i don't understand you  , we just applied using the form on the usci website

Expedite meaning that you contacted USCIS to ask them to process your petition quicker due to hardship or an unforeseen circumstance. I don't think any September and only a tiny number of August filers have been approved yet, so to see an October filer is very interesting.

no , we didnt call them or ask them anything we filled our form at the end of September and we got NOA1 one week after on 2 October and yesterday we got NOA2

That's incredibly quick then, congratulations! I hope this means we will start to see an overall decrease in NOA2 wait times.

Did you receive the approval notice through the online case status check or through a paper letter in the mail? 

 

By the way, your next step is to wait for the case to be sent to the NVC. I'd start calling the NVC in about 2 weeks to see if a case number has been assigned yet. Recently wait times the NVC have been all over the place, but it looks like things might be getting back to the normal 2-4 week timeline. 

Once you have your case number, you can check the status of your petition on the CEAC tracker. Once your petition is 'Ready' at the embassy, you can start looking into scheduling the interview.

Hi! Does anyone know what I’m supposed to do if I see this???? I haven’t gotten any physical letter yet so I’m not sure what to do now.
