my ex boyfriend and I  had a lot of figh and i broke up with him but he already filed a fiancé visa,  I tried to cancel the visa but the immigration told me that only the petitioner can cancel the visa,

Today i called my ex boyfriend and he told me that he cancelled the visa and told the immigration to put me in blacklisted coz I  am scamming him,  how is that possible without any evidence that i was scamming him?  Infact i introduce him to all my family and friends how it can be a scam?  And he is telling me he spent for about 8,000 dollars to me in  2 years, for me i guess its a kind of gift since we are in a relationship, amd i don't expect him to count it all...  And I  don't want his money, i want a real happy family a guy who is not using money to get love, he evin messages my relatives and siblings and my former bosses telling all lies and getting their symphaty,  I didn't tried to contact this people i let it be coz if they are in to you they will not believe him..  Anyway  he is now in a relationship with my best friend which really hurt me,  not of him having relationship with my best friend , i am hurt because u trusted my best friend and thought she is in my side, and I can tell that this guy uses hia money to her well anyway I'm not into that anymore they are my exes now ex friend and ex boyfriend, now i am concerned to this coz i have my new boyfriend and of course we are planning to get married and be together, I wanted him to stay in my place but he can't  do that as of now coz he has work and he has her daughter which he loves so much, I feel really bad coz this is really a headache to him, i don't want to give a lot of headache,  I love my boyfriend so much,  he is not a rich a guy but he has pure love for me and that all matters..

Now is it really possible for him to put me in a blacklisted in entering usa?

So you already have a new US boyfriend ready to sponsor You? Fast!

Well they didn't put you on any blacklist but expect the second immigrant visa to be scrutinized much more.

My boyfriend cannot leave his work,  he needs me,

Ok? If he's US citizen he can file for k1 for you but like I said expect it to be checked more than your first k1.

You can't be put on any "black list" by the ex-boyfriend, but you will be scrutinized more heavily for the second K1 since you JUST had been petitioned for the first one....so that's one mark against you already by a CO who will presume you are targeting American men for a green card.

I am not trying to judge your relationship but your story is a bit odd , having a boyfriend from the us , splitting and then having another boyfriend from the us , anyway good luck

I have been,  trying to break up with him a lot of times but he always play a mind games with me,  i know it sounded like I'm just trying to hooked up somebody who can bring me to usa but that's not my intention,  my ex boyfriend was a mental abuser, that's why I  decided to break up with him,  plus if I'm  only looking for that what's the point of breaking up with him coz in the first place we are already half way through it. I just don't want to be with an abusive man..

I doubt the second immigrant visa will cause any issue at all

Reading the OP sounds like she is from Philippines, they won't give it a mention at the interview if from Philippines

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

No he can't blacklist you.

As far as I know there is no waiver for a multi filer if you are the beneficiary.

Move on with your visa application, I see no issues.

Good Luck
