There's nothing like "we love each other/ communicate daily/ every second" but live separately. Nothing of such fairy tales exists in USCIS dictionary.

    1. File for divorce or
    2. he moves back in/ you move to him.

Those are the only options you have. Otherwise, your case is going to be denied. How does your husband move to SC and not back to you in VA? Sounds like this marriage is already dead but you're holding on for GC purposes.

File divorce. You have no option.
    Submit:
    1. Divorce filing (the one that says you filed divorce. It'll buy you time).
    2. RFE letter
    3. Amended I-751, with divorce option checked.

You'll still have the GC, albeit correctly and wih less stress.

USCIS already knows you guys live separate and no letter nor explanation can overcome this, more so with him preferring to move to SC.

@Family is one of the more tender/ optimistic Vjers. So, if she says your goose is cooked, it surely is.

It will be a hard sell to convince them . You were already separated for over a year in 2021 …yet filed jointly/ Assuming here you painted a We are Just On A Little Break picture of the relationship .

Good terms or not…you do not describe A Marriage  . Even more difficult to justify why no divorce

For I-751: You do not need to expain anything. It was a temporary trip to visit family. As long as you load the application with evidence (joint finances, joint leases, joint tax return transcripts etc ) - you will be fine. You didn't terminate lease etc before going to the UK, right?

For N-400 under 3 year rule: You will provide all the trip dates etc. Officer may asked whether you travelled with your US spouse or not. Technically, you can be denied by a very picky officer. The likelihood of this is not too high.

You can always file under 5 year rule and it wouldn't be a problem at all.

P.S. I might have misunderstood your post. If you had some marital issues, I strongly advice NOT to file N-400 under 3 year rule. Wait for full 5 years and apply at that point. Of course, you have to go through I-751.

    1. Did you mention the kids from Wife A in your application when you applied for a GC and subsequently all through to your citizenship application?
    2. I don't understand your second post. Does wife B also have kids with you or it's just wife A?

It's only been 8 business days, give them at least two weeks to cash the check. If rejected, you just resend it after fixing whatever the issue is.

Technically, your K1 visa expired when you entered the US, and you are referring to your I94 and your authorized stay.  That being said, there is no deadline to file the AOS package, but you are doing it right to get it in as soon as possible while you still have a valid I94.  You sent your package a little more than a week ago, I would give it at least another week before worrying there is something wrong.  As to changing your name, if you have an interview, you can request the IO make those changes at that point.  If you do not have an interview and eventually plan to naturalize, you can make the change then.

    Good Luck!

    Relax.
You have not waited long enough.
Noa1 can take up to 30 days from when it was received not sent before you are even eligible to contact the lockbox.
Calling is discouraged. This is not a reason to call them.
Your shipping status days or was received.
    Again, relax.
PS. No you cannot cancel it just because you made many errors. You have to wait for RFIE / RFE.

to marry and do the spouse i gave the site for Kentucky prison rules
Kentucky does not allow conjugal visits so to file CR 1 she would need to wait till he is out

Also the inmate must  list her for the  approved visitor list

Before visiting your inmate check all the rules you need to follow. You can find an inmate at Kentucky State Penitentiary , using the Pigeonly Inmate Search if you need help before visitng. After the visitor has been approved by the correctional facility they need to check with their inmate on what days they are allowed to visit.

Visitors must register in the Inmate Visitation system prior to scheduling an appointment with the inmate.

Does Ky have conjugal visits?   There are only four U.S. states that currently allow conjugal visits, often called "extended" or "family" visits: California, Connecticut, New York, and Washington.Jun 21, 2022

You have been given enough advice in relation to immigration.
Now, please don't take it personal. Take it from someone that's older than you.

Short- distance relationships can be challenging. Long distance ones can be very challenging. Relationships with an immate have an even higher level of complexity. You met him six months ago and you're already thinking of marrying him. Slow down 10x.

He's in for manslaughter. That's serious. Your safety might be at risk. There's a reason why you haven't told your family - you say it's because they wouldn't understand. What would you think if your daughter was dating someone in prison that committed manslaughter?

Yes. Doable. There's been cases here. I don't remember the names but if you buy @Redro (our lovely and talented librarian) kimchi, she may do you a solid and pull it up for you.

    Good luck.
