  1. I know it was stopped last year July.. only renewals are being allowed
  2. I don't think DACA is open, unless I'm missing something @ROK2USA @Family. Any links?
  3. Maybe OP should ask him for CBP annotation on his PP because I'm sure something was written on it. Additionally, OP can call embassy and be like "why was my K-1 denied entry?" I'm think embassy can get you an answer right off the bat because it's already in the system. Armed with this information, OP can then call beneficiary and ask his side to see if they match.
  4. Affidavits are useless. I'm sure you have other strong evidences like mortgage, lease, taxes etc You have to pay the bio fee
  5. I sure hope he's 28 too.. Not sure why parents would want to be listed as the kid's parents and not OP. Sit tight.
  6. Were you a US Citizen when the kid was born? That's important whether or not kid is getting a visa.
  7. Not sure which country we are talking about here, but if it is one of those countries that we know, just know that Consulate has seen this game being played. So if indeed it it your real son, scrutiny, DNA tests etc... @Lovetoloveusa, if you don't mind, you can tell us the country and we can tailor specific responses. Not sure why you'd want to petition him now, 28 years later. And why you hadn't fixed these documents for 28 years!
  8. 1. I've read everything, even the post by OP showing CBP phone number that called her. 2. I've also read and understood the baggage transfer. Now, having a knowledge or two about how scams happen, I won't be surprised that though that number is CBP, it actually wasn't CBP. Yes, there are ways to do that. My own number has called me a few times. So, it wouldn't be hard for someone to use CBP contact of POE to call you. Is this what is called spooking? I don't know. Anyway, you do know these numbers are public and can easily be found online. Best way to find out is call CBP yourself or go to them at the airport. My bet is that he's already in US at someone else's house. You should have booked his ticket yourself and not use a travel agent. The travel agent might be on this too. Had you booked it yourself, you would have had better information if he indeed did board or not. How old are you two? @Shelldb
  9. I too was wondering how this was connected to OP's decision. Even if OP was man and woman, I would not still see thr connection between it and immigration.
  10. Does he actually require a visa to travel via London? A while back I read that you don't need a visa to transit via UK provided you stay put at the airport. I travel a lot and since Kenya is a 20 hour flight minimum, I transit via other countries. I have never got visas for those countries. Understandably, there's a direct flight from NY to Nairobi via Kenya Airways. I would never board Kenya Airways. I'd rather walk if that was my last option. 🤣
  11. Whatever was posted on your online account is the same as what will come via mail. So use it. No difference
  12. Good you found out before she got to US, used you, dumped you for the other guy or just got to airport and vanished with the other guy as we've seen happen here before.
  13. It opened now. I don't know how I ended up at an abortion site. Regardless, how did the guy get a GC via employer after entering and staying in the country illegally?
  14. Hahahaha I read UAE and just replied. Hopefully our Filipino members will chime in
  15. With a K-1 in file, her chances of getting B1/B2 are almost none. Meet somewhere else if you want to see exam other.
  16. Don't waste money on appeal. Follow what others have said here. Choose the path of less stress
  17. This link doesn't work for me.it opens something to do with abortion 😂
  18. US doesn't care about dual citizenship..is this a UAE thing?
  19. You should start your own thread and not hijack others'.
  20. Where were you born? US or Mexico. Regardless, you're a Mexican citizen. All you need to do is apply for passport via your dad..
