Thank you for all the great advice, I prepared the letter today and sent it to the California Processing Center. I will have a talk with the woman in my home country. I guess the best revenge and reward is that she can't come to the U.S. using my resources and the reward is that I found out about her infidelity before it was too late. I have hard proof that she was cheating on me and it wasn't just hearsay, I know better than to trust gossip. She was an opportunist and I took the bait, but it didn't last long. Also, I found out that the status page does get updated with the withdrawal notice. Here's an example in case you're wondering, thanks again and best of luck on your journey.

I understand what the right approach is, but she lied to me and told me that she loves me, we met and had a great time. She needs a taste of her own medicine and I want to see how long she'll keep on lying to me. I'm withdrawing the case tomorrow, if she logs on to the check status page, what will the report show? Now it shows, case has been received. Will it show withdrawn or no record?

U.S. Citizen here, met a girl and fell in love. Thought she's the one, submitted 129F application, found out through friends and family that she's been seen with another man, I have real proof. I want to withdraw the case, I have only received NOA1, it was submitted in March of 2022. She has the case #, will she find out that I withdrew the case? I feel very used and stupid, this is my only way of getting back at her, I haven't confronted her yet...
