    We would like my fiance extend his stay by one week but do you think it's a problem because CBP asked to read his ticket return and put the day of return on his computer? My fiance came on esta and has normally 90 of authorized days on the territory. Thank you

    I saw now the CR1 is faster than the K1, the process of the application takes only 10 monts and for the K1 15 months.

    Why do you think it's long 5 weeks? i thought one month or 5 weeks it's normal time.
