Go take your Oath then apply for a passport via a passport agency.

It used to be ~$400, could be slightly more now. Turnaround is as quick as 48 hours.

Free option is to apply for emergency passport appointment due to immediate travel. But I’m not familiar with that process and how successful it is.

First of all, don't compare your case to others'. It won't do you any good, just add to your frustration.
Back when I filed for my AOS in 2016, those who filed with me received their GCs within 3-6 months. At some point, I was the only filer left in my topic who got nothing from USCIS.

Each of my filings (AOS, I-751, N400) ended up taking the longest out of the projected wait time, and I had no RFEs.

    So just be patient.

And yes, the country of origin might affect certain USCIS processes. For example, during my original AOS filing, at the infopass appointment I learned that my home country took over half a year to clear my background check which resulted in delay of my interview.

Should I start bugging them about my N400? I sent mine in August 2022.

If you read all of that and understood it, then get yourself a cup of tea and a biscuit (and maybe a therapist and a glass of scotch)

Oh, and if USCIS is reading this (and I know some of them do):

Thank you all of you, and also thanks to those that DM'd me. Really, thank you all so much, as you possibly kept me from pirouetting off the Brooklyn Bridge which is how I felt on Friday evening when I opened the mailbox...
I'm truly, totally and utterly exhausted and sick of this, I'm sick of USCIS, I'm sick of having certain parts of life effectively on hold and in perpetual limbo...

    However....

    So........

    No.

It is the principal of it. So buckle up buttercups, this is gonna get messy....

We didn't submit any photos.  Nadda.  No bank statements, either.  Other than the DL that needed scanned, everything else was available for download - the way I like it for simplicity sake.

I sent the absolute bare minimum. Didn't even include the most recent year of tax returns as they weren't available at the time when I filed.
No RFEs, interviewed in less than year (I-751 was delayed but that's another story).

I'd scrap the Korea part of the trip.  She said she didn't need a visa and she was wrong.  It is to much of a risk and you might lose the whole trip.

Nobody here is going to agree with a suggestion to commit immigration fraud.

Your plan isn't feasible for various reasons anyway. If you really want to move to the US then it would be far better if you put your efforts in to gaining further education and skills, and becoming eligible for a visa yourself.

    Good luck.

Immediately file for divorce. Have him legally evicted from your residence. You do not have to get him an apartment that is extortion. Do not worry about him filing VAWA. They know false claims when they see them.

This would have been so helpful to include in your initial post... The consulate in the Netherlands generally does not accept DCF requests, so contact Frankfurt. Make sure to very clearly explain the situation: you have to relocate for your job (include documentation), your spouse cannot go back to her home country (explain why: no ties, does not speak the language, unsafe), and it sounds like she will not have legal status in the Netherlands after you leave (on what kind of visa is she currently there?). I think this is a classic example of why DCF exists in the first place, and if presented well I think there is a good chance of getting approval. Feel free to share here what you intend to include in your request, so we can help you to increase your chance of success. Good luck!

Yes, and handcuffing the members here trying to help, by concealing your current country of residence and her country of citizenship, both of which are HIGLY RELEVENT.
