Congratulations for the interview date. Please how long does it take you from being documentarily qualified to the scheduled of your interview date?

Congratulations to all those that have been approved!  I'm also seeing activities from the March 2021 thread also.  Strange that we're not seeing any activity on our case.  Hasn't been "touched" since 2/3/21.

It won't be an issue, taking a spouses last name does not require an actual court/judge to do it. Since all she wanted to do was assume her husband's name she just shows her marriage certificate as her proof of name change. It's just cheaper to wait until  ROC or Naturalization to change it during the process. Most don't realize the name change can happen at ROC and wait until Naturalization.
 
Even if nothing comes in the mail your marriage certificate is your legal document to take on your husbands last name. You will submit that when you apply for the passport. 

I agree.  The law needs to be changed to stop abuse.  

You can but it’s a gamble. Not because of waiting in months but I read some people got issue when they want to reschedule and move to different FO end up their case being “closed” because USCIS and the field office is lacking of communication and they “think” you are no show. Even though you already talk with an agent 
 
my suggestion is find nanny, family who can help you with the kids 

What does that mean they didn't interview you?  Can you please explain what happened?
 
What was your port of entry?
Were you taken into secondary inspection?
Were you asked to show ties to Canada?
What other questions were you asked?
Was anything written in your passport?
Were you given any paperwork?
Were you asked to sign anything?

Nothing yet, but good to see some progress. I am not anticipating anything anytime soon, but optimistic.

We filed online, I highly recommend. When it comes to photos I created a powerpoint presentation with 2 photos/slide, I added dates and locations (or some short explanations) under each photo. I saved it as PDF and that's how we uploaded it
 
 

I filed online. on January 18/21. For my unmarried son over 21. I received a receipt notice in April. Which  stated. they’re reviewing my case. 
 
I am also in the middle of becoming (Naturalization)US Citizen. I went for my interview October 07/21. I passed the tests. However, they need more evidence (RFE) they need IRS tax records. received the letter 10/15. trying to get everything they need, and out before the deadline.

Update: Guys”
I gathered all documents that was requested stated on the RFE letter. I had two option.
 
1)option was to upload and submit all  documents requested, on my USCIS account.
 
2)option was to mail all documents requested, to the address, listed on the RFE letter. 
 
I chose option 2. 
After sending documents. i did not received a notice saying they had received the documents. So, I  waited, and hoping for the best. I kept checking my USCIS account to see if there were any changes, it was kind a nail biting. Lol!
 
Anyway” I got the best news! right before thanksgiving, saying: they had made a determination, and they had scheduled a interview. I was so happy! 
 
my interview was on Saturday, 12/07/2021. at 7:am. When I went to the interview I had to take my green card, appointment notice, a pen. And wear a mask. There’s a questionnaire on the back of the notice letter, which I filled out prior to the interview.

the ceremony was short, powerful, and sweet” it lasted for like five minutes.  I had 42 people in my group. Ceremony was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. after the oath ceremony, they said to check to see if everything was correct on the certificate. Then we can leave. and that was it.
And now I am an American citizen!😊🇺🇸

You can also say "infopass" and you will be connected to a person. Has anyone tried speaking jibberish? Thinking if the system doesn't understand you, you will be connected to someone?

Hey guys. One of my parents just got approved abs they sent it tot the NVC today.  Do you all know what is next? How long does it take for the NVC to get us the case number?

One more thing (prompted by a question on another thread):
If you need or want additional copies of the name change certificate (the original will be stapled to your naturalization certificate) you can contact the clerk of the district court through which you were naturalized at your judicial oath ceremony. You should be able to purchase additional copies of the name change order for around $10 or $20.

yes i did created IRS online account and I was able to get 2018 & 2019 transcript.

We were only able to get 4 years of tax transcripts off IRS website. That's all they said were available. Should I print out our 2016 tax return and have her take that with her to make it 5 years?
 
Back to the passport photos question.... passport photos needed for the N400 Interview?  I'm not sure I understand why.

My Immigration Journey ended, had The interview same day, it was super easy, fast, and got approved same day. I had the Oath Ceremony on the same day and the Citizenship Certificate was delivered on the same day.My N400 journey from day submitted the application online to the day of Oath, took 3 Months and 16 days.
