    The address in my initial I-131 filing is that of my Attorney because I have to depart US after the biometric

    I did not change my address because my Attorney filed for me and the address is that of my attorney for all correspondence with USCIS though. But now I am scheduled in Michigan

    Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I have a quick question regarding a biometric appointment. I am scheduled for appointment in Michigan, but due to some unexpected circumstances, I have now relocated to Orlando, Florida. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to attend the Orlando Application Support Center (APC) with my existing appointment letter from Michigan. Has anyone been in a similar situation before? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

    Updates..... I have contacted the US Embassy in the morning and they told me my case file is on transit from NVC. In the afternoon I received an email that my case is now at the Embassy and can go ahead with my earlier scheduled IV intetview date. Thank you so much for your valuable comments espeially @SalishSea

    @SalishSeafrom my earlier post, I have contacted them and they replied that they are yet to receive my case file from NVC. But when I login ceac.state.gov page it says that my case file is at the US consulate in Helsinki, Finland. Thank you

    OK @SalishSea, please when should we contact the US Consulate? We hope to receive a new date before my spouse's program starts in August 2023. Thank you so much.
