You can call them and said “Infopass “ they will let you talk with USCIS Tier 1 agent in 5-10 minutes.
we have to lie that we need inforpass so they will let’s us talk with real agent.

For an RFE or do you have new evidence you would like to include that you didn’t initially?

You will likely get an interview for I-751 since NBC is the processing center. Keep that addition supporting document, and bring it to the interview with you. No need for sending anything.

that is correct. i-751 is for removing conditions.  you are no longer in the process as a petitioner at 751 stage

The I-751 is the immigrants petition. I realize based on your wording you completed the petition but it is not yours- its the immigrants. There is no one else involved in the process (well besides the United States government)

Regardless when we get this appointment and so forth, we will proceed accordingly. I already know what to do ahead.

I'm not sure. I saw some people get biometrics ten months after filing! 😬 Sorry...wish I had a better answer...
Eee good luck...I think biometrics is going to be a long wait.

If i were you, i won't resend these photos. Base on your timeline i think you never have any interview in US so you will get an interview. Then you can show them your photos, that will be ok for you.
They will cash your money if they accept it. So wait and see.

There is a USCIS page on what to include and not to do.  Anything bound or stapled can be returned or even destroyed.   it is up to the lockbox.

Consider yourself lucky they didn't return everything.

When I completed the K-1 petition for my fiance in 2018, I put N/A as my alien number.  I sent in my naturalization certificate as proof of US citizenship (I was naturalized at age 9).  USCIS hand-crossed out the "N/A" and filled in the alien number from my naturalization certificate.

I believe they will do the same thing in your case.  But there is a chance they will send the application back.  Just wait as normal.  It may get rejected, or you may get an RFE, or it may get approved regardless.  Not much to do before that.

Your A# is on your green card, did you send a copy of that? They May reject it for being incomplete but they will have it. Just wait and see. I wouldn't send it as an officer does not have your file yet to update it and also they have the information on your green card. See what happens. Did they cash your check yet?

The A # is on the front of the card without the A. Called the USCIS #. all you can do is wait now and see if they accept your form. keep watching your credit card for a trans action. Your a few days in front of me as mine got there the first. Keep your fingers crossed

Removal of Conditions, not Adjustment of Status. That said, yes, OP, do not forget that part!

Pay the immigrant fee before you travel to the States. The packet from the embassy should explain how to do that. Checking the box for SSN on the DS-260 was also a good option. My wife's SSN and GC both came in the mail exactly 10 days after arrival in the US. Taking off weekends and seeing when they shipped both out, they were both created in just 5 business days after arrival. Of course that's not always the case but it's not taking too long these days.

Adjustment of status when the GC is within 90 days of expiring. Definitely don't forget that part!

    Congrats!

Congrats! I was just in your wife’s shoes last month!

As soon as I got approved my husband paid the Gc fee online and I received my visa packet 2 days after interview.
Flew to the states and I received my SS card in the mail a week and a half later and  for the GC it took 21 days after point of entry to get to me :)

Thats it for now but if you have been married for less than 2 years (like in my case) then you need to Remove Conditions 90 days before GC expires and about a year after it file for naturalization

    Good luck for now ;)

Since you were married August 2017 she will only receive a 2 year green card and you will have to apply for removal of conditions 90 days prior to her green card expiration.

—> Might be closer to 2 weeks. My mom was interviewed on Oct 1st. Visa was issued Oct 16th. EMS got the package Oct 18th morning. Visa in hand by that afternoon.
Do not by plane tickets until you have that visa in hand.

—> Well, at 2 years (within 90 days before her 2 years anniversary of entering the US) you have to apply for removal of her conditions to get the 10 years Green Card. This is actually very important because if you don’t, she will lose her permanent resident status
