No. In fact, it is advised that the applicant should not purchase any tickets that can not be refunded before the interview. He may make reservations but there is no need to show that you made trip arrangements. What is more imoprtant is him showing strong ties to his country.

His B2 application will have nothing to do with you. No point in even thinking about this.

He should still bring supporting documents of his strong ties with him. Even if they don't ask for them he should be fully prepared.

Should not be an issue. As long as he has continuous work in house country..

Once again, his application has nothing to do with you. He is applying on his own merits.

It is better if he can show that he can fund this trip himself. And he should definitely provide financial evidence on him being capable of doing so. The less other people are involved with his application the better. Remember, he is applying under his own merit. With that said, he can certainly have someone else helping or funding the trip. It will not be as strong a case as if he was doing it himself, but it will also not be deal breaker.

In 2016, you had one approved I-129F petition.
In 2018, you had a second approved I-129F petition.
These are the circumstances that count.

You must meet first. Full stop.

This is not about immigration but taking marriage seriously: online infatuation is nice but having actual interaction with someone and getting to know them in real life is necessary in order to know if that is the person you want to spend the rest of your life with.

Become an "A" student of the entire immigration process, sticking with this website.
Even more important:  Marry in haste, repent in leisure.

Marshae04, please understand that what happens at one consulate isn't automatically applicable to what happens at another.

    @Dr3ams,

I am inclined to go with @Crazy Cat's theory that a default overstay was somehow given. Even though you had an extension application in progress, if you left after the original 90 days and before the approval, it may have triggered a default overstay. Or maybe by leaving before the extension was approved, the extension may have been deemed abandoned then reverted to a default overstay.

Honestly, nothing from you or your wife.
There is no sponsorship or anything like that with US visitor visas. Your wife's aunt and uncle will have to apply for the visa on their own.

Yes. However there is less friction if you have an SSN. 2 working days after you arrive in the U.S. you need to apply for an SSN. And you need to do it before you are married (sone have had luck applying after getting married) .

It appears from your post history, you have applied to adjust status from a tourist visa.   Your immigration processes in another country doesn't qualify as an emergency, imo.  You are free to apply for emergency parole, but inability to leave the US for several to many months is one of the known drawbacks to adjustment.  Many people rush into adjustment without knowing all the facts.

Immigration requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and money.  A failure in any of those areas can cause delays, inconvenience, and problems.

I am not sure you understand the process, if they want a work permit they need a basis for applying for one first.

Also you just apply for your Brother, spouses only come into the equation when the Priority sate is current the same applies to minor children.

I would expect this to take a lot longer than 20 years but to some extent we are guessing.
