Take pictures from the religious ceremony to any interview, but don't wait to file anything as you already have your marriage certificate. Good Luck!

The MSM is whitewashing or scrubbing any stories they did about Kamala that could reflect negatively on her. I understand Axios is backtracking on the entire "border czar" nom de guerre of Kamala. Politico as well. It appears the MSM is doing a big gaslighting attempt, but too bad for them, nothing ever leaves the internet. I actually liked some of the stuff from Axios and Politico, as even though they are definitely left leaning, they seemed somewhat fair in some areas, they just lost all credibility. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/axios-hit-with-community-note-after-claiming-harris-was-never-border-czar/ar-BB1qyzQZ https://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/nicholas-fondacaro/2024/07/24/orwellian-media-try-purge-record-kamala-harris-joe-bidens This piece sort of dovetails the quoted piece. We must not forget that Kamala has multiple failures, and personally, I would list her hiding the Biden cognitive decline as the worst, but that is still playing out, so we shall see. You visa once it gets to you should have a note saying “IV Docs in CCD” as the consulate documents are sent electronically. As to the A number, that will also be on the visa titled registration number, so once you get the visa, you can log in and pay the green card fees. When you do enter the U.S., I would bring your important life documents, but CBP should not need to see anything other than your visa to let you in. Good Luck!

Doesn’t matter. My wife changed her name when we married and our marriage certificate does not have a specific name change section, yet it still works as a legal name change document. When we filed the I485, we filled out all the forms with her new chosen name, and the GC reflected that name. Yes, her GC and Russian passport showed different names, but that was really not a big deal, and she traveled many times with that situation with no one ever questioning it, but she did keep a copy of the marriage certificate with her just in case. Even today, her US Passport shows her married name, and her Russian passport still has her maiden name, and it is no big deal (it is a real pain to change one’s name in Russia due to their pesky national ID that is tied to everything). To the OP, just fill out your AOS package with the name you chose to use based on the guidelines provided by @Crazy Cat. You can change the name on your foreign passport if you want, or not. Good Luck!

A great example of a petulant Democrat. Keith Olbermann calls for MLB to 'confiscate' Cardinals franchise as he accuses them of Trump celebration Still, Keith Olbermann insisted that Major League Baseball "ban" the players who performed the celebration, "confiscate" the franchise and "implode" Busch Stadium. https://www.foxnews.com/sports/keith-olbermann-calls-mlb-confiscate-cardinals-franchise-he-accuses-them-trump-celebration

I agree, no one is being made a citizen a few months after illegally entering the US, but the Democrats don't need that, they only need names.

Need to make sure Kamala's competence is brought to light. VP Kamala Harris Had 92-Percent Staff Turnover During Her First Three Years “Working for Harris is a nightmare, not just because she rides her staff hard, but also because she does so without the competence, decisiveness, and effectiveness that inspires people in politics to suffer under demanding bosses,” Dan McLaughlin wrote in a January 2022 National Review article titled, “People Really, Really Do Not Want to Work for Kamala Harris.” https://openthebooks.substack.com/p/vp-kamala-harris-had-92-percent-staff?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=775254&post_id=146655885&utm_campaign=email-post-title&isFreemail=true&r=67wdm&triedRedirect=true&utm_medium=email

It is interesting, there are some that completely trust the federal bureaucracy regardless of their actions. I do wonder how they square a performance like this. Why is there no accountability in DC anymore? Why hasn't this DEI hire by Joe and the fake Dr. Jill submitted her resignation? Democrats always tout how enlightened they are, apparently that does not include self respect, and self accountability. House committee skewers Secret Service director for not answering major questions on Trump assassination attempt Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle was skewered by a visibly frustrated House Oversight Committee on Monday after she said she took responsibility for security failures that led to the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump but sidestepped several major questions. Cheatle, who was subpoenaed to testify, did not provide clear answers when committee members asked about whether the Secret Service had secured the building the gunman fired from and how he gained access to the roof. “I’m not going to get into specifics of the day,” she said, citing an ongoing investigation. “There was a plan in place to provide overwatch, and we are still looking into responsibilities.” It prompted committee members from both parties to tell her to resign over her “incompetence,” her “lame excuses” and her lack of answers to what they called basic questions. https://www.yahoo.com/news/house-committee-skewers-secret-director-222200413.html

This is a key question. If she used a local service to apply for a B2, oftentimes the service will claim a single person is married when they are not to supposedly increase the chances of approval. She needs to review the prior DS160s she submitted to determine what the material misrepresentation is as that will need to be addressed in the I601 waiver. Good Luck!

This might be helpful. The Latest Scams You Need to Be Aware of in 2024 6. Romance Scams While romance scams aren't new, their popularity continues to rise. According to the FTC, people lost $1.3 billion to romance scams in 2022, with median losses of $4,400 per person. Scammers often steal someone's identity or create fake profiles on dating and social media apps to meet victims. There's no surefire method to detect a fake, although scammers may use stock photos and make excuses for why they can't meet in person. After gaining your trust, they may ask you to buy them something or send them money. Or, the person may "mistakenly" send you money and ask you to send it back or forward it to someone else. If your bank later determines that their payment was fraudulent, the sum of the payment will be subtracted from your account. Many romance scams start with private messages on social media or dating apps. And they can target anyone—some scammers even seek to form platonic rather than romantic relationships. 7. Online Purchase Scams Online purchase scams continue to be one of the riskiest types of scams, according to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) 2022 Online Scams Report. The BBB found that people most commonly reported being victims after trying to buy a puppy online. Some scammers set up fake e-commerce stores and buy ads for the website on social media. The FTC reported that 44% of social media scams from January to June 2023 were related to online shopping. Alternatively, scammers might list items for sale on online marketplaces, including social media website's marketplaces. The scammers might take your money and never send anything in return. Or, they might be committing triangulation fraud and purchasing the item you bought with someone else's stolen credit card. You might not realize you were part of a scam unless you try to return the item or use a warranty. Always look for red flags such as too-good-to-be-true prices, lack of details or high-pressure sales tactics. Paying with your credit card can also help you limit potential losses, as you can initiate a chargeback if you don't receive a product or service. https://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/the-latest-scams-you-need-to-aware-of/

Is this an actual current event? Most informed people know about the elite cheating scandal from several years ago. Additionally, this was not really a widespread scam event, but rather a cheating scandal which is very different.

Wow, not a lot of safeguards in the company where one person can authorize transactions that large.
