  1. I just went back to the N400 instructions and apparently they changed as of April 1, 2024. They used to have a long list of evidence to bring to the interview (tax info, divorce decrees, etc.), but the new instructions pepper that verbiage throughout (how nice). Anyway, if you are including tax information, or other items even under the 5 yr rule you can upload it in the additional information section. Not sure why it is asking about child support, does she have children from a previous relationship.
  2. That and the CBP carrier guide. Sometimes you have to educate the airline clerks, and others. This is somewhat off topic, but often prior to COVID my wife and I would route through Beijing when traveling to Central Russia, I don't know how many people I had to educate that neither her nor I needed a China visa since China allowed 24 hr visa free transit. https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2023-Nov/Carrier Information Guide ENGLISH.pdf
  3. I do not know the answer to that question, but if the initial CBP officer thinks they are seeing deception, you may be referred to secondary inspection and be subjected to more detailed questions. One of the things I see is if you have a two week visit booked, but plan a longer stay, how much luggage will you bring? These are things a CBP officer may notice.
  4. Regardless of your plan, you can only stay for the duration CBP allows. If an officer sees a return ticket for 2 weeks out, they could authorize your stay for only two weeks. Also what do you do if CBP sends you to secondary and they want to review your social media posts? You are not required to offer any information to CBP other than to answer their questions truthfully (purpose of visit along with who you plan to visit are fairly common questions), and you seem to have a plan on an open social media website planning to attempt a deception. As I mentioned before, not a good plan.
  5. It seems you are suggesting trying to deceive CBP when you enter by showing them proof of a job you no longer have and showing them a return ticket you plan to change. This is not a good plan.
  6. Since you just sent it in late March with arrival on April 1, I would give it a few more days before deciding to abandon the previous submitted petitions (I130/I485). Did you pay the new or old fee? Good Luck!
  7. This is a standard notification. If you look at the receipt (NOA1) there are usually a few items below that say something like check your personal information and if incorrect contact USCIS. Good Luck!
  8. Interesting analysis on Tesla going forward. I also have noticed that the Tesla offerings are aging quickly with not much in the pipeline. I also had the chance to study the Tesla CT up close, and I was not impressed. Could Tesla Go Bankrupt? The Odds Are Rising https://bradmunchen.substack.com/p/could-tesla-go-bankrupt-the-odds
  9. Assuming you are here in the US since you submitted an I485 package in early April, I am not sure that starting anything new is a benefit. Was the I485 accepted, or rejected?
  10. Many folks include all the evidence outlined in the instructions under the "Bring to Interview" section. Also, as to the OP question, my wife had a moving violation (red light ticket), and she forgot about it and answered no on both OP questions. At the interview she told the IO about it and it was no issue. Good Luck!
  11. Does anyone actually receive a better education at an Ivy League school? Seems like a complete waste of money to me, and of course now Old Corrupt Petulant Joe is using tax payer money to fund these declining schools.
  12. Another story of a protester that should have been in jail already. Furious family of couple killed in car crash with wealthy anti-Israel protester claim 'she should be behind bars' and not gallivanting on campus after she was arrested at Columbia University https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13334929/Columbia-pro-palestine-protester-Isabel-Sward-car-crash-killed-Vermont-couple.html
  13. So tolerant and open minded. JK Rowling defends pediatrician told to avoid public transit amid gender study controversy: 'Follow the money' https://www.foxnews.com/media/jk-rowling-defends-pediatrician-avoid-public-transit-gender-study-controversy-follow-money
  14. You called it. Many on the left are so predictable. Rep. Ilhan Omar's daughter Isra Hirsi, 21, says she is now homeless and starving after being suspended from college over anti-Israel protests at Columbia University which saw her zip-tied for seven hours https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13334881/Rep-Ilhan-Omars-daughter-Isra-Hirsi-homeless-anti-Israel.html
  15. The biggest challenge with the AP is dealing with airlines that are unfamiliar with the AP as proper documentation to enter the U.S. legally.
  16. Apologies, you are right. Hopefully the OP sees it. 😀
  17. Additionally, if you marry and return to Australia while awaiting the spousal visa, you can visit during the process, but be careful of abusing ESTA. Shorter visits are recommended. Good Luck!
  18. Yes, you need to be careful when going through the K1 process. If you and your fiancé refer to each other as husband and wife, particularly during the interview, or with evidence you submit, it can lead a CO to rejecting the application. Good Luck!
  19. Wife does not work for a K1.
  20. Maybe not, but we really do not know any details of the entire situation.
  21. Heard she was suspended from school as well. Apparently the President of Columbia did not want to end up like the others.
  22. This is probably a better idea as I assume she will be flying through Dublin or Shannon which are both preclearance with CBP.
  23. To be safe, I would have her request an ADIT/I551 stamp in her passport. I would be calling USCIS requesting "Infopass" Good Luck! You may request an appointment online or you may call the Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833, VRS 877-709-5797). Depending on your situation, you may not need to visit an office in person if you need proof of your immigration status or have been issued permanent residence through an Immigration Judge.
  24. I doubt it is an approval this quickly, but who knows. More than likely someone either started working on it, or some internal work was done. You won't really know until they either post a NOA or you get something in the mail. Is there anything new posted in the documents section? Good Luck!
  25. You will submit the I765 with the AOS package to apply for an EAD. Once you get the receipt notice for the I765, you can request an expedite with a valid job offer. Have your boss put together something formal saying they want to employ you for the expedite. Also, apply for your SSN number a day or so after you arrive. Good Luck!
