What isn’t clear, is the husband in the U.S. as a green card holder (you mentioned no one is a USC) or is he immigrating through another family member through an F3 or F4, or some other type of visa? That might be the case in this instance as she has control of a lot of money if Biden backs out. However, this doesn't really work unless Joe resigns from the office and allows Kamala to become President (God help us all). One thought is let Old Corrupt Joe continue and let him lose, and let the primary in 2028 reject Kamala.
