Doesn't appear to be a denial, but rather a white 221G stating "Administrative Processing". Before the OP removed the attachment that wasn't redacted, it showed Algeria, so could be a long AP.

I was scratching my head as well. Before the document was removed, it appears it is Algeria or South Africa or some combo of nationality and interviewing country. To the OP, it appears it was a white 221G which means Administrative Processing. No one can predict how long it will take, but until it is completed and decision is made by the consulate your status will most likely change between Administrative Processing and Refused (does not mean rejected or denied). Yes, this is fairly common with the SSA when it comes to handling AOSing immigrants (my wife had the same issue). You can use your current SSN when filing the I485 since you will show your maiden name as an other name used, and once you get the GC, you can re-visit changing your SSA record. You will be fine with stuff as is for now, then correct things once the GC is issued in the married name (fill out the I485 package with your married name so the GC will have the married name). Isn't the UK spending more time sending people to jail for anti-woke social media posts? Didn't they leave Jimmy Savile alone for years? I think there is enough groomers to go around, and certainly the Catholic Church with its archaic rules for priesthood was a magnet for groomers, one could say the same thing about the Boy Scouts being a target rich environment. Criminals will take what the system gives them, and it appears the Pakistani groomers are being given a lot of leeway right now for the wrong reasons.

Each entry on a B2 or ESTA/VWP is at the discretion of US CBP. Short visits are recommended, and don't show up at the border with all your worldly possessions until you have your IR1 in hand. That being said, many spouses visit while the I130 is being processed, and if the consulate does accept your request for DCF, your process will not be very long for you. Good Luck!

Sounds like your only way back to the US is if the legal system dealing with your case feels the need to extradite you for the warrant/parole violation.

I tend to agree, China is not very receptive to external immigration as first the Han culture is somewhat racist to other non-Han peoples, and second, IMO, the CCP sees external immigration as a potential threat to their power. China does have a lot of people right now, but their demographics are changing rapidly. Their failed one-child policy is a factor, and now as the countries economic growth progresses, raising children, particularly within their mega cities, is quite expensive. Sure it will be long after my time on this planet, but India has already overtaken China for population, and China's population mean age is increasing.
