  1. They are still diagnosing Trump as the WH/Democrats/DC Establishment are really pushing a narrative showing Trump in decline all while trying to tell us to not believe our eyes and ears when we see Biden speak or attempt to walk.
  2. Hmm, not very promising. The graph is quite telling. The U.S. national debt is rising by $1 trillion about every 100 days https://www.cnbc.com/2024/03/01/the-us-national-debt-is-rising-by-1-trillion-about-every-100-days.html
  3. Kanchha Sherpa sure didn’t look 91 in that picture. He is right though, but the Nepalese government will most likely not restrict permits as they want the tourism money. The North side is much more regulated by China. This article is a year old, but to my knowledge China has not changed the rules. Of course China does not depend on the tourism dollars, so they do not have the incentive to oversell climbing permits. A more controlled experience “There is a heavier presence of authorities, rules such as no diesel generators (only solar panels), strict waste management, and 5G in Base Camp,” Ballinger said. Only official, electric vehicles can access Base Camp. “On the route itself, the rope-fixing is done by a professional, government-assigned team, so we avoid the mix of teams and the politics that implies,” he explained. “Disreputable companies are not allowed to operate in China. Some have been kicked out over the past few years.” Ballinger gave no names. China was especially strict in 2019 when it decided that Nepali operators would not receive permits. This causes near-panic in Nepal’s thriving expedition industry. Subsequent conversations at a political level took place, and the measures were somehow softened. But the exact terms never became clear, because the pandemic struck at the beginning of 2020, closing China until now. Some suggest that China will open, but not to everyone. Overall, this uncertainty is one of the reasons why Nepalis are so keen to open a route on Cho Oyu from Nepal. However, it is proving a tougher nut to crack than expected. More North Side features “China does not allow over 300 climbers on the mountain, which definitely means less crowding,” Ballinger said. Also, Chinese climbers cannot apply for Everest until they have completed another 8,000’er. “That is a regulation I would love to see extended to foreign climbers as well,” Ballinger says. Alpenglow itself does not require a previous 8,000m summit from its clients. https://explorersweb.com/everest-north-side/
  4. Use Part 8 to list the additional ex-wives, and yes, you need to list all of them, and have all the divorce documentation in order. Good Luck!
  5. How many would Old Corrupt Petulant Joe get right?
  6. What country are you from? Do you have any plans to get together in person in the future prior to your eventual visa interview? Overall, I would not fret too much, when my now wife and I met, I filed the I129F about 9 months after we first met in person, and our meetings were only a few weeks at a time. Good Luck!
  7. Is anything coming out of the SPLC credible today?
  8. I agree with @Crazy Cat and @OldUser, it would seem the only option is to file an I90. You may also want to contact your U.S. Senator after filing the I90 to see if they can help (YMMV). You can also try the CIS Ombudsman. I wouldn’t bother with the typographical error form. Good Luck! https://www.dhs.gov/topics/cis-ombudsman
  9. This thread includes some good reference material. From what I can glean, if you were married under Sharia, and both Muslim, then a Sharia divorce should be acceptable. Based on your story, it may not be. Good Luck!
  10. The documents needed will be your uncle’s BC for your grandmother’s petition showing her as the mother, and your uncle’s BC and your mother’s BC for your mother’s petition showing they are siblings. I agree with @appleblossom, it never hurts to have both your mother and your grandmother file separate petitions. Good Luck!
  11. Based on your story your husband should in fact get a 10 yr GC even if his visa was classified CR1. If for some reason he receives a 2 yr GC, he will need to file an I90 and get it corrected at USCIS’s expense. Good Luck!
  12. That is fine and is a personal choice. Just remember you should also be checking their work closely as these services or lawyers also make mistakes. Good Luck!
  13. No Leftist ever considers the consequences of their reckless policies.
  14. Not entirely current, but many interesting reads. https://www.deadmalls.com/updates.html
  15. Send a note with proof of naturalization to the service center listed on the receipt NOA from the I130 petitions. Good Luck! https://citizenpath.com/upgrade-an-i-130-petition-after-naturalization/
  16. So did you received the NOA approval for the I751? I assume so since you are in line for an oath. I agree with the others, you won’t be able to naturalize.
  17. Yes, legal immigration could be reformed in this country, but that is no excuse for Biden throwing the border wide open in January 2021. And the bait and switch bill presented by the Democrats in the Senate was not comprehensive immigration reform.
  18. I thought these were Hottentots? https://www.rapala.com/us_en/storm/hard-baits/hot-n-tot-series
  19. It is interesting how gaslighted Leftist fail to see they are being gaslighted.
  20. Just curious, you mentioned applying for an enhanced DL and getting it 10 days after your oath ceremony. Why didn't you book an appointment for an emergency passport at the passport agency in NY. You can get same day or very fast passports there, even faster than any consulate.
