Seriously? Your husband could’ve had the NOA1s by now had he actually thought this through and sent in I-130s for parents back in May instead of now trying to weasel a way for parents to come on tourist visas.

For treatment? You need to apply for a B2 medical visa. You’ll have to show what the issue that needs treatment is, who will be treating it, and prove that your parents (or you) can pay for the treatment.

    from the DoS website:
If you are seeking medical treatment in the United States, the consular officer may ask for further documents at your visa interview, which may include:
Medical diagnosis from a local physician, explaining the nature of the ailment and the reason you need treatment in the United States. Letter from a physician or medical facility in the United States, stating they are willing to treat your specific ailment and detailing the projected length and cost of treatment (including doctors’ fees, hospitalization fees, and all medical-related expenses). Proof that your transportation, medical, and living expenses in the United States will be paid. This may be in the form of bank or other statements of income/savings or certified copies of income tax returns (either yours or the person or organization paying for your treatment).

You can provide one, but it will not be a consideration if they get the visa or not. From the DOS directly:
    https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html
"Note: Visa applicants must qualify on the basis of the applicant's residence and ties abroad, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa. "

I will suggest the spousal visa you will need to get a  lieu certificate capacity to Marry from the US embassy in the Philippines. You will need to schedule an appointment online for embassy in manila. Cebu you can just walk in There is also 10 days waiting period in the Philippine for you to receive the marriage license. You can research if you have not done so already for marriage in the Philippines
The reason I suggest the spousal vis is that it is a better overall .Whle the K-1 visa is usually faster it is not that much faster. Also the K-1 visa is cheaper at first it will cost more in the long run
Also  CR-1/IR-1 spousal via your finance will get a 2 year conditional green card as soon as she arrives in the US. With the K1 visa that would take a while
She can visit with a tourist visa but it is hard to get a tourist visa from the Philippines especially for single females. She will need to show ties to the Philippines with enough funds in her bank account

start calling  the NVC if you have not started already if you have, call them more often. Once you get the number you can proceed with the other part of the nvc
do not wait for case number, start getting everything ready to send into the nvc

I think it is better to have no one then to have someone, that you do not love and are not attracted too. you are still going to be lonely but instead of being lonely alone you are going to be lonely with someone that you do not love.
Do you not think she has feelings too, that She cannot tell that you do not love her, Maybe she knows already and just want a green card
I just think that it sound like you are doing the K-1 visa for all the wrong reasons
Already asking about a divorce that really seems strange to me?

You will need to make an appointment online for the embassy in manila. the consul agency  in Cebu you do not need to make appointment they except walk in . You can take your fiancé with you but she will  have to wait in the waiting area.  After you get the Affidavit In Lieu of Certificate of Legal Capacity to marry. You and your fiancé can go to the local registrar and show them that and any other  document needed. There is a 10 day waiting period for the license to be issue. the license will be good
for 120 days and anywhere in the Philippines. Any one that is Authorize can perform the ceremony .One month will be plenty of time for  a civil wedding, as me and my wife got married there in 2014 in 21 days. We got married at her parent house by the Mayor of their town . You did not mention if you are planning a civil wedding or church wedding. After you get married ask the local registrar to expedite your Marriage certificate to The NSO( National Statistics office ) of the Philippines, as that is the copy of the Marriage certificate , you will need when you file the petition for her to come to the U.S
    Congratulations on your wedding

    notice the Last statement
If the Filipino files and the divorce is granted then the Filipino partner is still considered married under the family code and may not re-marry within the Philippines
It states may not remarry in the Philippines it does not state that the Filipino can not remarry in another country

A CENOMAR is usually ask for a Filipino doing an immigration visa. no hidden reason, or surprise
If you are single you will get A cenomar if you are married or have been married  a cemar
As it has already been mention  divorce is different in  the U.S then the Philippines. while the Philippines might not recognize a divorce the U.S will
Yes I know about article 26 where only a foreign spouse can seek a divorce for the Philippines to recognize it. However  if a person already in the U.S and has no plan on moving back to the Philippines Then U.S laws apply which means the divorce is recognize in the US . If a person in this case decide to move back to the Philippines then that would be  a different story as Philippines law would apply

others have already posted the difference between the k-1 visa and the CR-1 visa. I do believe that the CR_1 visa is a better visa. One of the main reason me and my wife decided to  get  Married in the Philippines so that her family could  attend the wedding which was worth waiting a little longer for the visa
withdrawing a k-1 visa will not be a problem. I also withdrew a k-1 for another person before I met my wife

j&ana got a reaction from Unidentified in Theory on processing times
Are you serious? I am pretty sure age does not matter. If it did I will think the opposite that older couple will be process faster as they establish themselves pretty much while a younger person might still be deciding on stuff, changing jobs moving around
however  there are some countries that are process faster then others
there are young people that has divorce just like older people
    young people with children
    police records
