Umka36 got a reaction from D and T in Left country before GC or I130
Most newly married folks don't have much in regards to evidence. I was able to add my wife to my medical/life insurance, bank account, car insurance (not as driver), and credit card. You provide them what you can, and during the interview if they request more then you deal with it then. It's the ROC stage of the process that needs more evidence.

OP as your ship has already said due to your hasty decision on leaving the US without the AP, your husband will need to file for CR1 now (IR1 if married 2 years or more). You can still visit, but it may be harder to get through but you won't know until you try.

Yes you can file the K1 petition now. It's required during the interview stage for the K1 visa process, so you should have plenty of time to show proof of current income.

You are not required to get your missing immunization from a CS (often times they don't even have the vaccine to administer). My wife got her missing vaccine in the US through my insurance. They covered it all, and we brought proof to the CS to complete the I-639 for transcription. Back then, we paid $50.

Just tell them if you cannot make it for the AOS interview, then you can no longer work and legally stay in the US. I would contact HR and explain your immigration situation. They can't be that dense.

No. If not married can do K1, but if married do CR1. You have to decide.

If she is an immediately relative category of a US citizen and already in the US she can file AOS as a legal route.

Will she be working in the US? Big thing to consider is the health insurance cost as it's a big factor everyone seem to ignore.

K2 also need to apply for AOS, they just don't get a GC without applying for it. In order to gain automatic citizen from parent they must meet the following (current they lack LPR status):

Children of U.S. Citizens Residing in the United States
Children who were born outside the U.S. but now live in the U.S. may acquire citizenship under Section 320 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). A child born outside of the United States automatically becomes a U.S. citizen when all of the following conditions have been met on or after Feb. 27, 2001:  The child has at least one parent, including an adoptive parent, who is a U.S. citizen by birth or through naturalization; The child is under 18 years of age; The child is a lawful permanent resident (LPR); and The child is residing in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent. https://www.uscis.gov/us-citizenship/citizenship-through-parents

Since it's 6 years ago don't see issue with filing another k1 petition now. Recommend visiting as much as you can for your next to be wife before filing. Be sure your current fiancée is aware of the previous relationship in case they ask.

There are closer countries to escape to when one fears of being killed/persecuted if that's the reason to leave one's country.

It seems to just be north and ends in the US, why not Canada especially when they seem to be more welcoming? Oh wait, Canada has an agreement with the US in which you can only file for asylum based on the first safe country you arrive at. Shouldn't this apply to other safe countries south of the US?

It's one of those topic in which people will have to agree to disagree on long visit vs. short ones vs. virtual communication.
I don't fault the CO for asking why such a short visit, because it is their job to see if a relationship is legit whether we like it or not. I personally think more/longer visits are better, and it gives both parties more opportunity to see any red flags before making the decision to get married.

She should be able to purchase Medicare after being here 5 years. It's about $556/month. That's a steal for someone who is 80. Medicare is not free even for folks who pay into the system. My parents pay $134/month.

The school district we are at offers free lunch/breakfast during the summer. I agree kids shouldn't be starving for whatever reason. Hard for one to learn when you are hungry.

Beyond the school/food EBT, those in tough situation should go to food banks as well to help augment their supply of food for their family.
