sunandmoon got a reaction from Vabsmith in K2 interview questions for to accompany or follow!
If at all possible, I would suggest bringing the child at the same time. the process will be much simpler. If the child will not accompany your fiancee, the only thing you would do is check yes to follow to join on the DS-156k. If you decide to have the child come at the same time, you will need to submit a separate set of visa applications for the child. If you decide on follow to join, a k-2 visa must be ISSUED within one year from the date the k-1 was issued. Ater one year, you would have to file a I-130 for the child. One thing to consider, is your fiancee willing to be separated from her child for up to two years. IF a k-2 visa is not issued, that could happen. That was a risk my fiancee and I were not willing to take. I know everyone's circumstances are different and will have to decide what they feel is best for them. I decided some possible hardship in the beginning, was better than my fiancee being separated from her daughter.

who's she legally married to depends on where she is residing. in the Philippines, she is still legally married to husband #1,. the subsequent marriages woud not be recognized. the US does recognize other countries marriages. she obtained a divorce, so in the US, your marriage is the one that would be considered valid.

The son/daughter would be considered unmarried and eligible for F2B. as stated in the previous post, they will need to remain unmarried throughout the entire process. the petitioner will need to have a copy of the death certificate of the son/daughter's spouse.

To be in the top 10% of US wage earners, one needs only make $113k this year... not a very large sum, compared to the truly rich of the US. Good income, to be sure, but nothing phenomenal. Especailly when you consider the top 1% of US wage earners make 40% of the total income each year. Being in the top 10% just means you shouldn't be living paycheck to paycheck anymore.
Yes, I was divorced before. No, my wife wasn't a bar girl. I was a bar guy, used to work in a coupla along the way. But fer real, what is it with your multiple threads on the topic of how and where folks met their Pinay?
And as for your approach to meeting women... you SHOULD BE mature enough to know that the only way to get women interested in you is to communicate with them and make them laugh. Looks and money have very little to do with it, but being able to engage in meaningful conversation will get their attention every time. Sitting in a bar looking like a guy trying to get laid is the surest way to keep women away.

as far as just curios, I think the Embassy would require evidence that the petitioner is aware of the pregnancy.
as for this thread, brilliant strategy, set the bait and sit back to watch the feeding frenzy.
    as far as paperwork...

If my fiance was 3 months pregnant, and I had not been with her for 6 months, the paperwork WOULD stop, because I wouldn't continue the process. Pretty simple.
As to "how the hell they would know"... that sort of thing is kind of clear during a medical exam.

LOL You should just petition two this time, saving yourself the hassle next time. That way they can take turns cooking and cleaning.

the Embassy will decide if any documents you submit need to be verified. you may have been reading some old threads which mentioned a document verification fee. that is an old requirement which is no longer in existence.

Regan, to sum it up, you can go either way. you can get extra copies which you may or may not need. if you don't get extra copies and a sitution arises where one is needed, it can be ordered from the ecensus website. you'll just have to wait a few weeks for it to arrive. no need to sweat over this one.

the I-134 is not legally binding, so there would be no effect to a co-sponsor. when you adjust your status, if your fiancial situation has not improved, you would need a co-sponsor for the I-864. that one IS legally binding.
