    This should never be happening and if there is a negative trend -- let's fix it together. Tag me in line and i'll jump in. Grammar, learning curves, etc... should NEVER be a negative! We are a family here.

    Hi, yes let's get that fixed :). First what browser are you using? Can you try a few things please... 1) Try using incognito mode in Chrome (or private mode in Safari). Log in and do you see this? 2) Clear all cookies in your normal browser. Close the browser and open it up again. Do you see the issue? Thanks!

    Can you try now? I increased the time limit to 120 days (from 60).

    How are you getting the receipt date (just want to ensure I'm aligned) versus the "approved date"? 60 days to mail it there is a long time. Are you using a later notice date for them (or is there no indication of received date until a later activity occurs)?

    We just performed a major database update (hopefully invisible to everyone). Let me know if you spot anything not working :)!

    Check account settings under privacy. There is an option there. Note that while your account and details within it is removed your old posted content is just anonymized as guest content with no member association once the account is removed. There is no going back once this happens fwiw.

    This wont effect anyone reading this, but if you haven't visited the site in 2 years we are going to stop sending you notifications for followed topics. Too many bounced emails after this time. Hope this makes sense. We need to maintain our email sender reputation :).

    Note that we will be making several additional updates this weekend. This first was last night and included a smaller update to the forums. Other updates this weekend will be to bring the Reviews, Consulates, Portals and Timeline section look and feel in line with the rest of the site.

    We use Invisible reCaptcha but also have options for recaptcha v2, keycaptcha and hcaptcha. Security questions are secondary. We also have a crowd sourced blacklist we leverage. TL;DR spam is up on many sites. Some new mitigations should be avail in the near future.

    The last 2 are likely why this gets triggered. It's a safety mechanism to ensure if someone logs in on another device you get a warning.

    Are you using incognito mode or clearing cookies? Do you change your IP? etc...

    This is actually an excellent issue... please highlight more :). Prob on the P2 level (meaning a week to fix) but I want to know them all!

    We dropped BB code (its being deprecated online everywhere) buy you can use the full styling option in the new editor.

    The ads will get fixed too. When the site layout changed Google gets confused and starts dropping ads everywhere. I adjust it.
