I just had a question that make my confused

so on 18 March 2024, i got an additional RFE about my medical, uscis asked me to sent the documents to another CIS F.O.

the first rfe they asked me to send to MO, this time to LA.

is it normal thing? Or a good sign?

it s been 3 weeks but i still didn t hear anything about my case.

I already read some "start here FAQ's" but I was not able to find the answer. Maybe some of you that has better knowledge can help me out here.

A woman (23 years old), US citizen wants to apply to her husband. He came with a tourist visa and it is out of status. They are married for over 1 year here in US.

What are the forms needed to apply?

Hello guys, I hope you're all doing well.

I had my interview at the US Consulate in Casablanca almost two weeks ago, it went well, and the consulate officer told me that everything was fine and that he just has to review the previous case (a K1 petition that my wife filed out for me before we got married. The interview was on 2019, and it was refused after an administrative processing.)

Now for this current interview, they have kept my passport and told me that this review would take one to two weeks. Whenever I check the status through the CEAC website, I see READY, and there have been 4 updates so far.

I'm wondering if any of you have gone through a similar experience before.

US Green Card IR1 application had my interview at the NVC US embassy in Montr al on January 11,
2024. The officer indicated approval, but I was given Form 221g stating no additional documents were needed. My passport was requested on March 6 and delivered on March 12. However, since then, I haven't received any updates on my application status. I'm eager for any information on the current status and whether further documentation is required. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Is this common? And what are the usual processing times? After nearly two years in this process, this delay is disheartening. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! Now that my fiance's visa interview is near, we are looking ahead at the requirements for the AOS packet, as we'd like to get it done ASAP once we're married! I just have a couple of questions on the EAD form:

Part II, Question 18: List all countries where you are currently a citizen or a national.

Will he be considered a US national? Or should he only list the UK (where he is immigrating from)?

Part II, Question 24: Immigration Status at Your Last Arrival (would be K-1 Fiance)

Part II, Question 25: Your Current Immigration Status

Would question 25 still be K-1 Fiance? Or is there a more suitable response since we will be filing the EAD with our AOS packet?
