I-130 is being actively reviewed by USCIS on July 12, 2022.

Hey, hope you're doing well
Just wanted to ask if you received your interview date and if yes, how much time it took you after DQ
Good luck

Hi there! Thanks. I haven’t received my interview date yet. I got DQ on July 5th. The consulate is taking longer than expected giving interview dates unfortunately. I know people who are waiting for an interview date for over 4 months.

We got DQ on july 17th, i wasn't expecting a long wait again
We can't do much from here, sending my prayers to all of us,

May God bless all of our journeys with our life partners.

Were you able to get an interview yet? We are waiting also for the IL.

We are still waiting for the IL.

We received the IL on November 6th.

Was your interview date for November 6th? How did the interview go?

No, November 6th was the day I received the interview letter. The interview is next Month (December). I will let you know how it went. Did you get the IL?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
