    you never HAVE TO change your last name in US/ its not even required for naturalization process If u decide to do during naturalization , u can and u are free to travel on green card till u surrender it at oath ceremony i would make sure the biometrics is done or they say USCIS will reuse the ones on file , then travel as needed till interview is scheduled

    OP can go to USCIS site and ask questions on the Facebook site are answered faster than Emma or trying to call any phone number they list it appears USCIS and NVC do not accept any paypail account the methods of acceped payments are listed OP can try using paypail with checking and routing # but if NVC does not accept , it ties up the cash

    the tourist visa will be denied as you have a current immigrant petition in place tourist visas often get denied when the person has immigrant intent parents are USC and u have a pending F4 u say u have a valid B1/B2 i would think CBP will revoke the tourist visa and return u to Nepal at POE

    Eight years ago was prior to 2020 pandemic / things are very different now even the list of drs that do medicals has changed in this timeframe you don't have to live a year with him to prove bona fida marriage / for USCIS requirements are to have met in last 2 years to have a valid marriage certificate and to consummate the marriage residency for NVC requirements US income to meet 125% of poverty level income and file US taxes and have a US residency living a year in foreign country with new spouse is not a requirement and most can only spend a few weeks of vacation time with new spouse

    I wouldn't do it either but by Plane u can as it is not considered an international flight unless it lands in another country but by cruise ship , NO , as that travels thru international waters even if the only stiop(s) are St Thomas and/ or Puerto Rico

    Divorce from the 1st Nigerian wife should go thru US courts as there are too many fake "divorce and other documents" submitted from Nigeria the new petition he creates will show how and when u met, this will predate his divorce so expect a long AP after interview for additional security checks /no matter where u interview

Who pays for her health care? what plans did u make for the care before she came to the US? When will u gradutate" it was important to know all that is involved in the K1 proceedure and u have prepared for the AOS
