Congrats! Did you expedite or file k3?

I did file K3 and tried to expedite but it was denied. I really think the K3 helped.

I filed k3 and have a similar NOA1 date but nothing for me. Best of luck with the rest of the process.

What service center are you

Nebraska

That’s where I started. I filed k3 a month later and they got transferred to Vermont. What does your process time say in your online account ?

It says 4 weeks. I didn't file k3 until 3 months later.

You should be soon. Mine was at 2 months when I saw the approval. Their moving faster because of fiscal year coming up.

Hope so!

Did you receive any RFE?

No, haven't heard anything yet

Heard anything yet at all

That’s a great sign!

Hi Antonio congrats on getting approved.
Did you get an interview date as yet or did they waive the interview for your spouse?

Not yet. We’re not doing AOS so no waived interview

Hi again! Finally did get my I-130 approved and K3 denied. Took 9 months and we got DQ'd end of December. I see you got an interview date, congrats! Do you mind sharing when you got DQ'd? Just wanting to get an idea of where they are with interviews. Thanks!

Hi. Did you get your visa yet? When did you do your medical? Just want to get an idea of how long this is taking.

At the finish line. Visa should be issued this week. It went from refused to administrative processing yesterday. Medical was done March 4th but needed Covid booster so had to wait a month to do that. Sent booster shot info on the 4th of April. Waited 3 weeks for an answer finally called and was told part of the card was missing. They never said anything. So sent in missing doc on the 22nd went to refused on the 24th, the 30th was when the medical was sent to embassy.

That's terrible they didn't say anything! Sounds like things are moving in a positive direction.
We had our interview on April 16th but they wanted court docs. We sent those in on the 19th. They kept my husband's passport and gave him the domestic violence brochure on the day of interview. Hoping we hear something this week.

Yea seems things are moving along for lots of people. Wishing you a speedy process. I have her ticket booked home for May 15th
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
