The doctors in Morocco Never stated he has an active TB, he was undergone a blood test and immunology test which was normal but the CT SCAN they said what it seems to be a round bag in the right lung that is causing him to get sick frequently since birth they discharged him after being in hospital for two week and was put on oral antibiotics and was given another CT SCAN showing the same results. but no TB is never there

None of that sounds like a situation that can only be dealt with clinically in the US.

Do you live in the US?  Do you know how expensive health care is here?  Is your child covered on your health insurance?

Yes I do, and of course I do know how expensive it is!! I am American added to that even if the child is NOT covered on my health insurance plan that will not disqualify him from getting treatment in the US the child was born a US citizen and could qualify for a medicaid if I needed to apply. thanks for the hint

I see an awful lot of assumptions

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Everyone is making their own assumptions, impersonating physicians, lawyers, and even consular officers, and believing that the mother will allow a two-year-old to fly with me to the U.S. alone for treatment while expecting me to care for a toddler entirely on my own, as if I were the mother.

Been to dr in Morocco and it is not expensive but if you need a clinic, you may have to wait

i had allergy attack and saw a dr that day,  cost me 10 Dirhams ($1)

got medicine from pharmacy and didn't have to contend with all those allergy tests we get back here

The government of morocco legislated two reforms in 2005 to expand health insurance coverage. The first is a payroll-based mandatory health insurance plan, l'Assurance Maladie Obligatoire (AMO) for public- and formal private–sector employees, which seeks to extend coverage from the current 16 percent to 30 percent of the population. The second, Regime d'Assistance Medicale (RAMED), creates a publicly financed fund to cover services for the poor.

Many with severe issues can also get treatment in Europe because of a bilateral agreement

  • Some European countries have bilateral agreements with Morocco that can facilitate access to healthcare and social security benefits, like France. These agreements may allow for the transfer of healthcare rights or coverage under certain circumstances.
  • For example, a bilateral agreement between France and Morocco may allow a Moroccan resident to access French healthcare under specific conditions, potentially including coverage for treatment in France.

So make this plan B

OR

go and get your child Plan C

going to assume you married and added wife and child (perhaps the stepchildren too) to health care policy here in the USA or you wouldn't be asking.

you need to know deductibles for treatments of any kind

you also should ask human resources  if you can pay in Moroc for one of the private hospitals and be reimbursed by your plan

also understand that wife must list all her children on the ds 160 petition and CO will not like her leaving 2 children there as moroc government does not like that to happen

What is your plan B if the mother is denied an expedited VISA appointment or if she (most likely) gets denied a visa?

plan B

get treatment in Moroc as its covered even if poor or get it done thru the bilateral agreement with 'Bilateral agreement Moroc has with several countries in europe
