I'm here at the Lagos USA consulate with my wife and they straight up denied her visa and recommended that USCIS revoked  the application. My wife says the the officer says that it seems like she's not interested in coming to the USA that's why she denied my wife. No other reason other than that. Who can I contact to get this overturned. I feel like harming myself from all the time and money I've spent. There was no reason to deny my wife her visa. We had everything and the only reason given was that because my wife says we will be coming and going together in which we will and then she denied her. OMG this can't be happening please I need someone to help me please I'm about to go crazy please

Sounds like reason here. Comes across to me like you will be living between different countries. Of course this isn't what they'd want to hear, especially in high fraud like Lagos.

That's not a good reason cause we've been together for a long time since 2020. What she meant is that you know traveling to see the world. I guess the hag took it the wrong way. My wife is a great person. I have to do something. I can't stand to see her cry like this. I think it's really because I'm a black American that's why they denied her. I have to say we are hated all over the world

In these situations, the applicant normally knows why the visa was actually denied. I think something else was said or discovered during the interview. That "reason" of traveling together doesn't sound legit to me.

My wife said that it was the traveling the world part and that she said that I would be sending her to school. I don't know why the visa would be denied because of that. She was very sincere with them and in return they just deny her because they feel like it

You can appeal the denial.  Here's a link with a legal opinion and advice on ways you can proceed.  I also recall a case from a couple of years ago where the petitioner sent an email to the consulate the day of the denial, asking for reconsideration and another interview, which was successful.  So there is hope.  Best of luck.

It does sound like she may have given a wishy washy answer related to living in the US as an LPR.  Saw a similar instance when someone attempted to enter the US on a K1 and was loose with their answers to CBP.  Regardless, I would follow what @carmel34 suggested.

Good Luck!

Sounds like you were not at the interview, you will with a Spousal visa be given the opportunity to rebut whatever was the reason for the denial

No I was not there but I was waiting outside. I wish I was inside with her to go through this process together.

If denied, the case will be sent back to USCIS. In a few months, you should get a Notice of Intent to Deny from USCIS.   You will be given a chance to rebut the denial.  If successful, USCIS will then send it back to the consulate.

yes, you can appeal

anything to do now? No,  this is a long process after a denial

You need to wait for the NOID to arrive back in the USA (about 6 months)

I filed my own appeal but i knew how to do this myself so i only paid the $110 fee (fee in 2011)

If you can not write in legal terms ,  you need an attorney but only after the NOID is in your hands

The appeal took a year and even though it said "marriage is bona fide "  visa was not approved / it said i could reapply

If i had known this , i would have saved time and just reapplied

I suggest after the NOID from the US office is sent to you ,  you either respond to the query with actual proof the CO is wrong

when i say actual proof if it says she does not want to live here , print out former dated emails or dated chats with her talking about long range plans to live and study in US

you need to respond to each reason for denial with actual proof that the CO was mistaken not just "she wants to live here "

You need to respond to these in both appeal if you decide to do it or answering the NOID or sending new petition

I suggest you make sure IRS returns are joint and you file the W7 with this years returns if you haven't already gotten her ITIN

and you start show commingling of finances to strengthen your case

What paperwork did your wife receive from the Consulate Officer?  Can you post a redacted copy?

The paperwork said that she was not qualified for this visa category and that the application would be sent back to USCIS with the recommendation to revoke. This is a freaking big headache for me seriously. She really denied my wife for no reason. I mean this is an African country so I know they may have a quota for denials to make as well. It's ridiculous. The officer was a very young girl. It's not fair at all.
