Scheduled oath for June 14, which is a special ceremony at the St Louis Arch 🎉

I requested that my oath to be scheduled mid to late June if possible due to surgery and the officer did put me in the right pile for it, extremely thankful for that. I will be recovered and got a nice special ceremony. The end is near everyone!

Congrats - both on receiving the oath ceremony invite + having it at the Arch! That's incredibly awesome and I am 10000000000000% jealous

I remember hearing about it a lot when they reopened after the covid shutdowns. I guess they still use it to accommodate employees who may have certain health conditions or family members with such.

The lady who interviewed me said she lived in North Carolina and I am in Baltimore. But it worked out great! I probably would have been more nervous with her in the room!

Became a citizen 6/2024. Now filing for my mother.

You gotta keep in mind that while it seems everyone is getting an interview in 2 weeks time it's still not the norm. You only see a fraction of people here that have filed for naturalization. We all want to be one of the speedy ones, but it doesn't always happen. As long as you're not outside processing times as stated by USCIS there's nothing to worry about.

Just biometrics reuse? Some I-751 filers from November 2021 waited for over a year to get biometrics reused. Your case is going fast.

Yes I did,

So you received an extension letter of at least 24 months with the removal of conditions filing.

Go check to see it, and it is not an extension for 48 months, you should request one here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init

If you followed normal filing timeline and filed your ROC around January 2023, with the 48 months extension your green card should be valid until 2027 which is more than enough time for your naturalization to be processed.
