    Thanks. I applied 90 days early from 5 year mark. I only filed N400 . I didnt do i751 , My green card was through my employer so I believe I751 wont be apply to me.

    Hi, Anyone else waiting for Interview to be scheduled for a long time. I filed early feb ( 02/07 ) and no change in online status "Case being actively reviewed " since 02/07. Many people from Feb ( Some from March as well )got interviews scheduled already. Creating this thread to explore options which are available at our disposal to check the status / expedite the case for interview. Field Office : San Jose / Santa Clara CA. Thanks Duggu.

    yes those numbers are useless. I used to think that those numbers are getting updated everything my file is touched , turned out to be all random. Someone with oath ceremony tomorrow still showing 3 months

    I also did the same (uploaded tax transcripts yesterday) thinking it will trigger some notification at immigration officer so that my case get reviewed ( filed date 02/07) . I know its a very long shot it will happen and very low probability but I tried.

    If interview is not getting scheduled, does that only mean that background checks are pending ? is there any way to check. Emma agents are of no help. (filed 02/07, no activity after that)

    I thought you automatically get another interview chance after 60 days if you fail ( is there a hard limit of 2 chances only ) . Why did you have to reapply ? I think he failed Civics Exam , not english

    Case Filed 02/07 . No update after that. Estimated time went from 6 months to 4 months to 5 months to 7 months. Does this mean someone working on the file ? Estimated time* until case decision: approx. 7 months
