Withdrawal. An applicant or petitioner may withdraw a benefit request at any time until a decision is issued by USCIS or, in the case of an approved petition, until the person is admitted or granted adjustment or change of status, based on the petition. However, a withdrawal may not be retracted.

This is for protection of the bene that USCIS can not properly ID

Have you married the new beau?

You can not apply for anything that will be down to your future spouse

Correct.  Just as with the K1 process, the CR1 process begins with the US Citizen filing a petition.  There is no k1 visa to cancel unless it has already been issued.  Don't go to the interview.  You can also notify the Consulate you do not intend to proceed with the visa process.

I want to cancel K1 visa case (the docs are in poland now) and then i want to apply documents for CR-1. I am a beneficiary.Do i have to wait after K1 visa cancellation. Or i can apply CR1 once i cancel K1 case.

Moreover, my fiance is different for k1 visa and cr-1.

Strange timing.  Expect scrutiny, as it seems like you want to get to the US asap in any way possible.

It is a hands on practice to alert the center where petition was originally filed as well as location of file ( NVC or embassy ) and helps flag potentially problem -petitioners.
As indicated , not a requirement for OP ..nor as pointless as you state

https://rjimmigrationlaw.com/resources/how-to-withdraw-your-immigration-case-from-uscis-or-nvc-a-step-by-step-guide/#:~:text=Send the Letter to USCIS,with the return receipt requested.

Your link might be pertinent if the OP was a USC or the beneficiary was applying for an immigrant visa.

Yes, nothing stopping them from doing that. Just as others said - expect scrutiny.
