Hi everyone, I'm a June 2022 filer waiting for NOA2 (387 days for now)

I'm getting worried bcs many cases around mine have been approved or RFE meanwhile my case stills untouched...

I'm worried if this means they have lost my file or they have picked up my case to be left behind

Idk what to think about it😓

Have any of you been in the same situation? Did you get approved? Ty

There’s a processing range for I-129f and the lower limit is 16.5 months. The upper limit (at which you can file an inquiry with USCIS) you can find out by inputting your receipt date on uscis processing page when you select I-129f, here’s what it showed for June 27, 2022:

I had a very similar experience, around my case everyone received some kind of news and my case looked like it was left behind. It wasn't! It's the anxiety unfortunately.

I got my NOA2 after 406 days but they are speeding up. I'm betting next week you'll be celebrating :)

And we are beyond relieved. I just left her for the 3rd time after a visit and we were torn we didn't hear any news yet. We were considering getting married and starting over.

When I got home from flying, I checked the tracker on a whim expecting no change. The scanner said approved but the main part still said received. So I checked the USCIS website and it confirmed approved.

I never received any text message though.

But yours will come, hopefully sooner than I had to wait. Man it sucks

I wish the rest of your journey goes way way faster so you can be living with your gf soon this year❤️

At least your range is somewhat moving. Whoever is adjudicating cases from June 23rd is going at a snail's pace and sending more RFEs than approvals. Situation feels hopeless at times.

Yep, I'm in the 97000 range myself, and being in this range sucks.

I wouldn't worry about it, I think we'll get our approval in the coming weeks.
