    Yes its awful The EAD and AP will be $650 each...its crazy plus $1540 for the GC... But the GC will allow me open bank accounts, work, travel and all that, right? 3k is too much after all the expenses we are having with this visa.... I know ppl who got their GC in 3 months so I hope to be lucky too

    USCIS is expected to raise GC fee around March, in addition to making the EAD and AP no longer free when applying for them along with the GC🫠 The AOS is going to go from $1,225 to almost $3,000, crazy🙄 These changes will probably catch me since I won't be able to do AOS until April, so I'm considering applying for the GC only (it will cost $1540)🤔 Am I okay if I only apply for the GC? Once I have the GC I will be able to work and travel, right?🙏 Thank you❤️

    This is for the people who have just sent the Green Card paperwork to USCIS🛂 Could you pls tell us if they ask you to have a new medical exam due to the new requirement that we must have a last dose of covid from no more than 12 months ago?💉 I hope not...because when I had the medical exam (8th November) the requirement was not in force so it wouldn't be fair if I had to redo the medical😥 My DS-3025 was marked as completed back then before this new requirement come✅️ Thanks❤️

    Hello everyone🌈 My boyfriend and I are getting married soon and neither of us will be changing our last names✅ I am Spanish so I have 2 surnames (one from my mother and one from my father)👨‍👩‍👧 Will having two last names be a problem when doing the Green Card process?🤔 Is being married but having different last names a red flag?🤔 Thank you❤️

    Guys OMG we have just gotten PKT3!! After only 3 days of case Ready!! OMG it feels unreal!! I was expecting a long wait!!     Me voy a California☀️ ¿y tú?🥰 The PKT3, as far as I know, its always EMAILED to the petitioner´s or beneficiary´s email📥 Spain embassy they always email it to the petitioner✅ My advice is to ask others from your same embassy to know how your embassy works!🥰

    Who else is waiting to be "In Transit"?🤔 My case number was created on 25 Sept so I hope my case to be shipped next week🤞 NVC wait feels so long🙃

    The consular officer will extend the validity, its not our fault this process is taking longer than it used to be✅

    My NOA2 is 29 August and I inquired 25 September, got case number 2 days later

    I recommend you to use the Public Inquiry✅ I did it and they replied me back in 2 business days✅

    Guys I have received a "Case Number" today and my status is "At NVC"🤗 The case number was created on 25th September✅ I hope to be "In Transit" in the next shipping dates➡️ 10-11 October This is my timeline so far☀️ ➡️NOA1: 27 June 2022 ➡️RFES: 20 July 2023 ➡️RFER: 15 August 2023 ➡️NOA2: 30 August 2023 ➡️At NVC/Case number: 25 September 2023

    @Geraldin have you gotten your case number?🤔 I will make my first inquiry tomorrow, I hope they reply me back soon and tell me that they have my case...Im afraid and nervous about my case being lost or something similar🥲 It would be awesome if they give me my case number too....but it may be too soon for that😅

    We dont need the "Invoice number" bcs we are K1 visa applicants✅ We only need the "Case number" to check our status at CEAC and for embassy stage✅ You dont need to create any account on CEAC (it would ask for an invoice number) to check your status or do the DS-160✅

    Update➡️ some ppl had found a way to fix it but I'm worried if USCIS is trying to protect their data, they have been doing tools outages very often lately...I wonder if they just don't want ppl to scan their data for free or they want to know who scan the data...so I think I won't be scanning in the near future bcs I'm worried if they can track my pc or something...Im sorry for all the ppl who still waiting to get approved🥺😔 I hope you can forgive me💔

    Guys the scan is not working😔 It gives this error⬇️ path "/case-history/WAC2390080221/english" error "Unauthorized" message "Full authentication is required to access this resource" status 401 Other people who also do scans think USCIS made the API private, I will try to scan tomorrow again but if they really made the API private I dont know if we will be able to do scans anymore🙃
