Consulate Review: Indonesia
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 8, 2023
Embassy Review : This was the second time my spouse went to an interview because of delays with the medical exam. Since he had been there before with all his documents the interview was less than 10 minutes! A very nice and courteous Consular agent asked about 6 questions and said congratulations your visa is approved! A great experience !
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: Houston
Event Description
Entry Date : 10-09-2023
Embassy Review : While the process in the office took about one hours, (there were over 20 people waiting to be interviewed,) the actual interview took less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional. When all was finished they said Welcome to the US!
Harassment Level : Low

Well if indeed after arrival my husband is granted a 10 year green card, (as we have been married over 2 years once he enters the USA, the next update will be if he decides to go for the US Citizenship. For now not much else to update until he arrives here.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
