  1. Check the documents tab of the I-765 in the next 24 hours. Likely a combo card approval. Same thing happened to us a few weeks ago.
  2. Combo card approved this morning. Excellent news - they can take all the time they want on the GC now for all we care. 😅
  3. I have not. It seems like if you don't get an EAD approval shortly after biometrics, chances are you won't get it before your AOS gets approved.
  4. Not really. NBC has been flying through K1 AOS cases in recent months, many of which have the interview waived and don't even get sent to the field office.
  5. Possibly - is there anything in the documents tab for the 765?
  6. Lee's Summit is the National Benefits Center. I believe they process all EAD and AP cases, and also some AOS cases (which eventually get handed off to the local FO).
  7. Right, I agree with that. It's just difficult to get hard, clean data that we can extrapolate timing from.
  8. One limitation of these tracking tools is that the vast majority of cases captured aren't adjusting from K1, and as far as I'm aware there's no way to filter to just K1-to-AOS cases. So there's no way to really know what's "typical" for us, other than maybe going through posts and timelines here (which also has its own limitations and probably won't get you the most accurate sample).
  9. I don't think the question was about entry requirements, it was about requirements for the AOS filing.
  10. Interesting. Do you think that had anything to do with the fast turnaround time? In other words, does getting an early RFIE (or in your case, correcting a submission that would've otherwise resulted in an RFIE) effectively bump you toward the front of the line?
  11. Timeline so far: 11/28/2023 - Sent to USCIS 12/01/2023 - NOA1 12/09/2023 - Biometrics notice went out 12/11/2023 - Received all NOA1 and account access notices in the mail 12/12/2023 - Biometrics appointment (walk-in; originally scheduled for 12/28 when we would be out of town) 12/12/2023 - AOS and EAD cases changed to "actively reviewed"
  12. Sent in our packet this morning via USPS to the Dallas lockbox. Should arrive by Thursday. And now the waiting game begins...
