    We got married in Texas as well. My wife used her new name on all the USCIS forms, despite the certificate and other documents we sent only showing the old name. In the end we were approved without any issues. EAD and GC have her new name on them. As other posters pointed out, the certificate itself is the legal basis for the name change.

    Wife's case was approved today! The case had been at the Dallas FO since March when the NBC transferred it over, got an RFE for medicals in April that we swiftly responded to, and today we got the approval.

    3-6 months seems to be the norm for K1 adjustments nowadays. The published processing times are how long it takes them to get through 80% of all family-based cases, so there's a bit of a long tail in the distribution.

    We got a cancelation notice in our account today. According to EMMA our interview was waived. Make up your minds already, USCIS!

    Interview scheduled for June 20. Was hoping it would've been waived since we got a medical RFE last month, but alas...
