Hi! I was wondering would filing a expediate request for financial hardship be considered; im willing to further discuss it more in detail in private message because im going through alot right and im very desperate for help. Ive never been in such a position. I have been unemployed for a while and have been living off through my savings and im almost stuck now.

If you want help, you’ll need to identify the consulate and explain your situation further.

From your prior post you're a 25 yr old USC who got married and petitioned an Egyptian but withdrew the petition at some point and re-petitioned I-130 again (what date)? Unclear but sounds like you're in the US. 

 

What's your reason for expedite?

honestly i have been unemployed after i withdrew the previous petition prolly my karma; i repetitioned in october; i currently am in the us. My reason for expediate is financial hardship i live in americas most expensive state my dad passed away and i only have my elderly mother

So you are saying you want to expedite because you’re unemployed and have no one supporting you financially; and wondering if that alone is a valid reason?

If you are unable to take care of yourself financially how do you intend to take care of an additional person. Your spouse, depending on job and language skills, may be unemployed for a bit after arrival. The consulate could deny the visa based on the applicant (your spouse) becoming a public charge.

Forgive me if I am misunderstanding, but it sounds like you want to have your case expedited so your spouse can come help support you financially?

Kind of sounds like it to me. 

 

OP, I mean this without judgment but if you are having a hard time getting a job where you are, why will it be easier for your husband? I think it's great that he wants to contribute financially to the marriage ASAP but you have an obligation to make sure he doesn't become a public charge if you bring him here and he can't find work.

Not trying to be rude, but go get a job. Even flipping burgers in McDonalds is now $15/h thing. How do you expect to provide for a new immigrant when you can't take care of yourself?
