In case anyone hasn't checked yet, looks like things are speeding up at the NVC. They were 9 weeks behind last week, now just six weeks behind.

Well damn, seems that way. I was going to wait till next week to send my first inquiry but I think I'll do it now. Did you send an inquiry to get a case number? You should do so now if you haven't.

oh yeah I remember reading one of your posts before. Maybe that's why yours is first in line. Good luck hamvatan (you or your fiancée). Zan. Zendegi. Azadi.

Did you have to send an NVC inquiry to update your email address with them so they knew to email you? Or did they email you having already somehow known your email address from the I-129f?

Hi all,

I hope this message finds you well. I am replying to inquire about the status of everyone's January 2023 I-129F approvals. Specifically, I would like to know if anyone's petition has started processing or if it has had entry into the data systems. If you have any information, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with the rest of the group. It would be helpful for us all to know where we stand in the process.

Thank you all for your time and help. This process has been great to share with you all. I look forward to hearing from any of you soon :)

Hello!  Our case was created with NVC on January 20th, but we've yet to hear anything else.  All we were told was that we'd be informed when our case was sent to the embassy.  I saw someone mention in a post here that it should be a week tops for our case to be transferred to the embassy.  Anyone far enough along in the process that they can comment on whether that's normal or what the estimated time should be from case creation to embassy transfer?  Or maybe there's a different thread I should join for those who received their NOA2 in November (our NOA2 was November 11th)

What does you ceac tracking say ? at NCV ? They should send more cases to embassies on the 14th and 15th.

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry if someone's already answered this but when your case arrives at the nvc do they just email you or tell you, or can you only know if you reach out to them?

Also does USCIS send cases out whenever they're approved or do they go out in batches every few weeks?
