Applied under 5 Yrs with LPR with 90 Day Rule

DOA: 12/14/2022

Receipt Notice: 12/14/2022\r\nBiometrics: Received reuse of previous biometrics notice on the same day

FIELD OFFICE: SAN FRANCISCO

Case Status: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

Estimated Timelines: 9 Months (Initially it was 10 months after a few days changed to 9 months)

When I checked previous filers, I saw a trend: most of them received interview schedule notices after approximately 2 months and interviews had been scheduled after one month of notice time...Totally now USCIS is finishing the process within 3-4 months...

Hope for the Best...Good Luck Everyone...

@wifeyAF No, I've been checking on a daily basis but so far nothing. I don't know anyone else in Phoenix who has filed in December but hopefully someone on here will hear something soon. I assume that would mean that the rest of us in Phoenix should hear something as well so fingers crossed!

we are in Phx too and my wife got her interview date 55 days of her NOA date. I got the interview date 68 days after NOA date. I suspect holidays are the reason for a slight delay.

But in general, PHX is taking around 2 months to send out the interview dates, and 35 days from the letter to attend the interview.

If you cases are straight forward, expect to see a letter generated (no email or text for sure) on the online account in around 60+ days from NOA

I would think my case is pretty straight forward. I filed based on the five year rule and have no other pending cases so hopefully I'll have an interview scheduled soon.

That´s a correct observation. USCIS quarterly reports also confirm with this trend at SF. Straigtforward cases are processing quickly.
