Hello!

My husband's status has been

"As of January 5, 2022, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSC***, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice."

We have not received any notice for interview.. His 18 month extension on his original expiration date expires in October! Should I be worried or just continue to wait?

Any and all help/advice is appreciated!

My wife's I-751 status has been "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" since May 2019.   If he needs proof of status, schedule an Infopass appointment and get an ADIT stamp in his passport.  Otherwise, you just have to wait.  I highly suggest he apply for citizenship when eligible.

Does anyone know what my options are - I applied for my i751 since late May but, I did not receive a renewal letter with a new expiration date. I called USCIS and they said it was sent. But i never received it.

Thank you for responding. Is the infopass appointment my only option? I was hoping to just get it re-mailed to me as I have 1 yr old twins and no family to watch. The closest interview location is 2 hours away from me.
I did ask the agent to schedule me an appointment (she says someone will call me within 30 days to schedule an appointment) but, I didn't know if she was just being unhelpful or giving me the only solution so I made this post

I received a notice saying I didn't need biometrics as I had done one in the past but, nothing else.

You can attempt to get USCIS to remail the extension letter.  If you travel, you will need an original.  Otherwise, the infopass appointment is the only other option .

You can try
