I would start by reading the guides here on this web site.  You will, likely, not need an attorney.

2 years married will mean you will bet a IR1

Update the records at visa interview.

Husband has to meet US residency requirement which states "the U.S. citizen parent must have been physically present in the U.S. for five years, at least two of which were after s/he reached age 14" in order to transmit citizenship to kid via CBRA. If he doesn't meet the quoted, kid will need separate I-130

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

spousal visa, either CR1 (if married for less than 2 years) or IR1 (married 2 years or more), has nothing to do with having a baby

he is 100% american citizen

Read and understand what I texted.

He may be 100% American, no doubt. But maybe after the age of 14, he left to go live outside US.

What is being said here is that there are certain conditions that must be met for your husband to pass US Citizenship to your baby.  If he was born in the USA and lived there his whole life, then no problem.  If not, then he must have lived in the USA for at least 5 years, 2 years of which must have been after he turned 14.

 no lawyer needed

but it would be a great idea for your USC husband to join us as he needs to do the work for the petition

and even with a lawyer,  husband still is the one who does the work and is legally responsible for all papers he signs and all documents he sends to support the petition to bring u
