Hello all!
Ive been married to my USC spouse since April,2019. I got my conditional GC on February,2020. living here since March, 2019.
Can I apply N400 now or I have to wait till February,2022?
Thank you for the help in advance!

Count 3 years forward from the date of the GC and count 3 months back = the date to file N400.

It’s April 2, 2022 today…so YUP, you made it to Feb , 2022. Apply Today and God Speed! Hopefully you also applied for the I-751 a couple of months back. And if you get your N-400 interview before the I-751 gets approved/processed, pat yourself on the back for making a change to the long delays to the I-751 Removal of Conditions,!

He can't apply till 90 days before February 2023...so essentially if he got his GC in February 2020, the earliest he can apply is December 2022.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Three year rule says that OP can apply for naturalization on the third anniversary of their “resident since “date on the gc, minus 90 days. Also it is not three months, but 90 days, which might not be the same. Earliest OP can apply is sometime in December 2022.

Hopefully OP has applied for ROC.

Yes. Since last November. Only showing fingerprints were taken.

Great.  As others have said, you can file the N400 90 days before your GC anniversary date in Feb 2023.

This is not accurate.......  The correct answer is 3 years minus 90 days after becoming a Green Card holder.
