It's been saying "Any day now" for over a month. My case was transferred to NBC after filing N-400 so I doubt it will be approved there at all.

I just got the any day now. My I751 is still at Vermont despite filing N400. Based on data I don't anticipate my I751 being approved until August and N400 no earlier than October.

Hang in there! I think it might be a good thing that your case wasn't yet transferred. It still might be looked at before they schedule you for N-400 interview. I have no hope at this point and I'm also looking at another 6 months at least at my local office for citizenship interview. On top of that, I still can't get my 48-months extension from USCIS. Calling, e-requests don't work. Grrr.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you get your 48 month extension soon. It's just sad that USCIS, senators, representatives don't care about immigrants lime us since we don't have a sob story etc

Vermont I751 processing times just jumped 7 months to 28.5 months. They keep shifting the goal post. This is plain ridiculous :(

I can't believe this is happening.  Also, we are September 2022 and we are in Potomac, so we have been at "28.5" for a while and I would not be surprised if it jumps.  YET, you have this BS happening:

Like what in the USCIS' name is happening?  Why are March 2023 cases being issued cards within weeks or months?  I am hoping I am misreading or misinterpreting this.

May 2019 - K1 interview scheduled and packet sent to embassy

June 2019 - K1 interview, approved, and moved to USA

August 2019 - Married

September 2019 - AOS/EAD/AP filed

October 2019 - Biometrics Appointment

January 2020 - AOS RFE for birth certificate received and sent back

February 2020 - EAD/AP approved and got the card

October 2020 - EAD/AP renewal filed

November 2020 - EAD/AP renewal approved and got the card - AOS interview date issued

December 2020 - AOS interview, approved, and GC received

September 2022 - ROC filed

This is part of their new plan to drive down decision times and they achieve this by adjudicating new cases quicky to.lower the average processing time and haphazardly jumping all over the place.

Thanks for the clarification.  It is still sad they work backwards.  I am sure there are people from 2021 or earlier that just have straight up cases that can be processed as quickly.  USCIS is just a mess. LOL

so texas jumped to 28.5 months and i am so angry.

i am trying to be patient but when we filed the turn around time was 8 months for Texas. The earliest I can even do anything is March 2025 if it even stays at that processing time.

Not sure if those estimates are of any help. I currently stand at “approx.22 days until your case decision” for N-400. I can hardly believe they’ll send me an invitation in about those 22 days 🥺

Nope 😅

That's taking insanely long time! I'm sorry 😥 You didn't file N-400, right? I assumed that everyone from November filers who didn't go for citizenship got their I-751 approved by now.

Also, I keep seeing more and more I-751 approvals for those who filed this year. Saw someone on lawfully getting approved in 66 days yesterday. That makes me so angry 🤬

Do you know what happened?   I cannot understand why these people are playing with us. We did the right thing, and yet, we are facing so many difficulties. After reading all those posts, I do not know where our cases are.
