So finally I called USCIS today, They provided me all receipt numbers for my case.

I-485 receipt number shows fingerprint fee was accepted on 14th June and for all other petition's (I-130, I-765, I-131 "case was received on 28th May")

But I still haven't received any physical NOA in mail so far, I verified my address with them and its accurate. Not sure its USPS screw up or physical notices are delayed this much longer.

They should have arrived within a week or so!

You can submit a request here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

Select "Did not receive notice by mail"

You might need to submit one request for each of the cases, so for three receipts. It's best that you have a copy of those in your hands!

ok! Got RFIE on i-485, they need 1040 and w2 and all schedules etc for the most recent tax year (2020). I have to include again a new i-864.

It is a yellow paper, it says they cannot verify income stuff with what I provided, even though I included last 6 months of paystubs etc and w2s for 2020 hehe. I had included years 2019, 2018 and 2017 as I had not filed when I submitted the case and the tax deadline was extended. I figured this could happen but I wanted to get in the queue as early as possible with an earlier Priority Date.

So I will be getting that ready this evening to send out the response hopefully tomorrow!

Recieved an ASC appointment notice today in the mail for my biometrics that is scheduled for July 30th at 3pm! Bonus that we only have to drive three hours to Greer, SC instead of five to Nashville.

Yay!

I was expecting an RFE also for 2020 tax returns but biometrics were scheduled and were done on 7/7/2021. But ours were summitted 1 month earlier at the end on April.

I just got notice that I am getting a RFIE (Request for initial evidence) For the I-485... What kind of evidence is commonly asked for?? (They just sent the letter to me on July 6th, so it should be here in a few days, but I am just wondering)...I included everything in every list I had. I am just stumped/anxious about what I am missing. Will this affect my EAD/Travel Parole? Might this mean that they are at least working on my case/moving it along??

Uff! Hoping it will be a quick and easy RFIE!

Most likely Tax or birth certificate translation, did you send 1040, w2s for tax year 2020?

Mine was tax year 2020, I didn't send that as I had not filed taxes yet and the deadline had not passed yet when I sent the AOS package. So my RFIE is that!

I got it all ready but I haven't sent it yet because I am double verifying everything. I learned that 864 requires the `total income` and not the `adjusted gross income` when using I-864 from the RFIE letter

From the instructions:
"For purposes of this affidavit, the line for Total Income on IRS Forms 1040 and 1040A will be considered when determining income. For persons filing IRS Form 1040 EZ, the line for adjusted gross income will be considered."

I think I used the adjusted gross income hehe another mistake.

Hi everyone, I still haven't receive my NOA1 in the mail but I got the SMS. I called USCIS and they said it was mailed on 27th May. They said they can't do anything and the mails are not returned to USCIS. I even went to post office to check but no mails. What should I do next? I'm stuck in this limbo.

Call USCIS and ask them to email you a copy.
