Lrjohnsona on 2020-09-06 said:I called them and asked for it. They’re supposed to email you, but I’ve heard they haven’t been doing that lately. You just need your USCIS case number and both of your birthdays to confirm your identify and then they give you the number. You should ask for two numbers: the case number and invoice number. They’re open 7am-12am EST Monday-Friday. I would try calling right away in the morning or after 9pm est to avoid long wait times.

Lrjohnsona on 2020-09-08 said:600-334-0700 I called that number. Once it did have a voice message and then hung up on me. I think they didn't have more lines open for waiting? But when I called back a minute later I was given the menu options/put on hold to wait for an avliable agent. Hope this helps!
