05-12-2021: Check cashed

05-17-2021: Envelope shows up in Informed Delivery

USPS never delivered my NOA1 😢 Of all the deliveries that could go missing this is the one 😔

That's rough. Let's hope it shows up. Regular mails have been pretty slow to be delivered as well. We sent mother's day cards that got there like 2 weeks later.

from what I read and understand that the G-1145 is no longer acknowledged. The instructions say that is only accepted when using the lock boxes to submit the I-751.

I actually did receive a text from the G-1145.  I guess it depends on who your agent is that first processes your application.

I am freaking out a little. I had UPS request a signature upon delivery of my package. I think it may get rejected because "an adult" is not there to sign it. It states that it should arrive Wednesday by 7pm, which I am hoping is during business hours. The only reason I requested a signature is because everyone was saying how so and so signed for their package so I wanted to make sure there was a signature so I could go back to USCIS if anything.

If you used UPS for Arizona location, what was the time stamp on the deliveries? and did you request a signature?

Someone help I am in full panic mode!

You are fine. It will be received or 'signed' by a Mr. F. Brown or someone else with a similar name... can't remember atm. A good portion of filers request signature and it's a normal thing; USCIS knows this. Relax! :)

***Vermont Service Center***

04/26/2021: I-751 Sent
04/27/2021: I-751 Delivered (signed for by T. Wright)
05/12/2021: Credit Card Charged for $680.00 (15 days)
05/17/2021: Received 18 month GC extension

Is Vermont Service Center moving faster than usual? I didn't expect this until late summer.

Did you get a waiver?

I just checked the case tracker and it said "Case Updated to Show Fingerprints Were Taken". I am not sure if that is equivalent to a waiver, but I would sure appreciate if someone could explain what it means :)--- if it is a waiver, I definitely would be surprised that they are speeding things up like this (unless this timeframe is normal).

and get his case changed to finger print were taken ??

my case was received since April 1st and no updates since then.

Yep, I did. Waiver came a week later in the mail. Status online only mentions that fingerprints were taken.

@elmers I also searched the whole instruction document for the I-751 (all 10 pages) and it didn't even bring up the G-1145 form name any where. So maybe they were using a different set of instructions? Or from a different source?

Can you share where you read that information @Heri4me2 ? A link or a screenshot perhaps?

Because we filled the G-1145 and we did receive a text message just like we were supposed to, so I am curious where you read this. Thanks.
