  1. Same here. Time is 12:45 PM. Finally this USCIS journey will be over.
  2. Hello friends, I have applied on 29th March 2022for N-400. Today, I had my N-400 interview at Dallas, TX center at 10.30 in morning. I took my wife with me so there wont be any issue if it is combo interview. I went there in the building at 9.55 am. after fingerprint check and Photo taken, they sent us to 2nd Floor where we waited around 1.5 hours. Everyone was called by and we were just waiting. So when I asked, Receptionist told me that each interview is assigned to particular Officer so they will call you. Finally, officer called me and we went to his cabin. Before sitting, he made me took oath for providing correct information. asked for my ID, Green Card, Passport and my wife's ID. Then he told me that he will go for I-751 file first and then N-400. He opened up my file and asked for me if I have any additional documents to provide which I did not uploaded. I said I have uploaded everything. He asked me for my 2021 Tax return details as he could not find it. I gave him copy. Then he asked me my name, birthdate, wedding date, my wife's birthdate and how we met, where our wedding took place. Then he said he is going to remove the conditions. Then he started process for N-400. He asked me 6 questions. (please find exact words of question in booklet) 1) Which people brought to America for slavery? 2) Which Ocean is on west coast ? 3) How many representatives in house? 4) when did the declaration of independence adopted ? 5) What is Capital of your State ? 6) I don't remember somehow... Then he made me read sentence in Tablet and asked me to write down answer of it. After that He asked me again same questions, Name, birthdate, address,. Additional were about Place of birth, Country of citizenship, how many times I have been married, any kids. Then he said he will repeat the questions from application for Yes/No answers. Made me signature on Tablet 3 times for all affirmations. Everything done, he returned the IDs and Tax documents. Gave me answer copy and congratulated me. And said Oath Ceremony will be in 2-3 weeks. All process took 15-20 min. He was nice and polite person. It was much easier experience than I thought. I returned to home and status was changed to Oath Ceremony will be scheduled.

  11. So USCIS is not interested in MSC filers at all. I hope everyone ends their journey with USCIS asap. especially those ones whom are waiting since eternity.
  12. Hi MSC Filers, There are no updates on this thread since couple of months. No one got response yet ??
  13. In regards to that, I have question. Did you uploaded your I-797 notice for I- 751 on Naturalization application N-400 ? I have not uploaded and I was thinking to upload but I am not sure. Because my I-751 is stuck at Ready for interview and some folks says after applying their status changed to "Case is transferred to new Jurisdiction office/area". Can anyone advise, please ?
  14. Well, last year I transferred my license from Massachusetts to Texas and I got validity until 2030. (MA was extending 1 year only each time). I gave them I-797 letter but they just checked it. My cousin got his Permit for 10 years too. He is on CR-1.
  15. Well. I have applied in End of March 2022. I am still waiting on I-751 interview(May 2021 applicant). My friend got interview in 11th month. (but he was under 5 year rules)

  17. Copy of Greencard both side Copy of WIfe's US Passport 2 years Tax transcript - Joint Filed Health/Car insurance card copies, Car Registration, Car Purchase receipt, Haven't had name on lease until I moved to Texas - so 2 months old lease at a time of application, Old Driving Licenses of both me and my wife with Same address, Credit cards copies of both (hiding all numbers except last 4 and CVV) where my name was not on CC statements, Couple of photos from each trip/function attended - 15-20 max Random Bank/Credit Card statements 3-4 per year different months - added those months when we went on trips Authorized Beneficiary page of My 401K and my wife's 401K where we have listed each other My understanding is you won't need too much/ bulk of documents. Don't worry about quantity. what you need is whatever you have make the most of it. As long as Financial Docs are good. You won't have any issues.
  18. Yes, I am on CR-1. Me and my wife had joint account for 6 months when I entered USA. Then due to somebody checked out account and invaded privacy (community member who worked for that bank). Then we had separate account in different bank until We opened joint account just 1 week before applying I-751. I had just bank letter. However, I have included all bank statements even for separate account.
  19. I have sent photos since the day I entered in US. Random collection of photos with family trips, trip to Canada, local trips is US, photos of any party-functions attended. Quantity is depends on you. Do not send bulk of photos. As mentioned inn early replies, its secondary. Main requirements are important - Tax transcript, leases (if you rent), Car registrations/Lease/Loan, Joint Bank Statements (Random throughout since A/C opened), Credit Cards etc. Don't forget to send copy of Green Card and A page including list of documents attached. I am just waiting for my interview. NO RFE.
  20. Just finished with Biometrics and Case status updated with Case is actively being reviewed.
