Mainly due to the glitches in filing online so just mailed it in the end...seems others are having some issues too from what I’ve found in other posts.

Ahhh yes I understand that! Thankfully I did not run across any glitches but I have seen quite a few people get errors on the online filing version.

Thanks for creating this group by the way! :)

oh yes of course! Glad we are all in the same boat! My husband and I actually filed I-129F back in July 2020 and decided we didn't want to wait to be married anymore so we got married and are going this route instead :)

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

Hi Everyone!
Just filed the i130 on Sunday.  I got my NOA1/receipt the same day and looks like Nebraska is our processing center. What an exciting adventure!

I know that the next few months there will likely be no changes to the case status online, but it's so hard not to log in every single day 🙈

Hello and welcome!! I totally agree, I check mine daily too. But thats also because I'm looking to see when I will get acknowledgment of withdrawal of our I-129F too!!

I suppose I should join here as well.  Two i-130's filed online March 8.  Petitions for my Wife and step-daughter.  NOA1 was March 9.  It says processing in Nebraska on-line, but the NOA1 letter that came in the mail has a Texas return address,  and it was actually mailed from Vermont according to the postmark.   I'm thinking not much useful information can be gained studying the processing center breadcrumbs😁.  VJ estimates my approval to be between October 24, 2021 and December 9, 2021. Lawfully app estimates my approval between Jul 06 ~ Nov 03, 2021.   So of course I prefer to think the Lawfully app's prediction is more accurate.😉😂

Hello! Our I-130 was mailed 2/25/21 to the Phoenix lockbox. Tracking # says it was received by USCIS 3/3/21, but I haven't received the NOA1 yet. Hopefully soon :)

Hi! Our I-130 was delivered on 2/22/2021 at the Texas lockbox. We haven’t received the NOA1 and the credit card hasn’t been charged 😩

Hello! From what I've read, the lockbox is taking up to 10-14 weeks to get confirmation/ noa1 but that is factored into processing times so at least that time is not lost!
