I have met a girl of my dreams for 5 months and we both are serious about for marriage.

She is from Burma and right now, on top of coronavirus there is military coup there, so travel is restricted at this moment.

So my questions are follows:
1. How long do I need to wait to file K1 package after I meet her in person? (After the travel restriction is lifted)

2. We did not meet on a dating site, she was introduced by someone who work with one of my relative. (we are not related)
Do I need to provide additional reference to the referrer for the evidence? (like signing or statement)

3. If we are not able to provide large amount list of photo then is call log or video chat log can be provide as proof of relationship?

(reason is that we both are working and my company I worked for can only request 16 day off -

which deduct 2 days travel time back and forth that would be 14 days actual time spend with each other)

If anyone have experience with these before or have suggestion please let me know.
Your answer would be greatly appreciated.

1.  As soon after as you want

2.  No

3.  Proof of relationship evidence not required

YMMV

They don’t need proof of a genuine relationship, they need proof you physically met in the last 2 years. Boarding passes and passport stamps are the best evidence of that. Photos are secondary, you can add a couple. I strongly advise you read the guide on filing the application:

You both said that I don't need a proof of a genuine relationship. But I saw many I-129F from youtube, rapid visa or other sites said that you would require to take photos, write love stories etc to proof that your marriage isn't a fraud.
Also, the requirement also has income min of 125% of poverty level. How do I prove it?

Those are the worst sources of information, especially YouTube.... if you look at instructions on USCIS.gov on filing I-129f, nowhere does it state you need to prove your relationship is genuine. Link: https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

Please, only rely on official sources of information.

Regarding income:

You will need several items (for the above form). Gather duplicate evidence of income and resources as appropriate:

(A) Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance
(B) Statement(s) from your employer on business stationary showing: 1. Date and nature of employment; 2. salary paid; 3. whether position is temporary or permanent (also include copies of your last two pay stubs and your previous W-2 for the associated employer if available)
(C) If Self Employed: 1. Copy of last income tax return filed (or IRS transcripts); or 2. report of commercial rating concern
(D) List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).”

Again, this is from the Guide, the link to which I posted earlier. Please read it thoroughly.

Please show me where in the instructions to the form, this information is required.

Secondly, how can you show your marriage isn't a fraud, when you are not married?

Even if it's not needed for the petition but more for the interview stage it can be recommended to frontload your petition with all this stuff for certain country's. I have no idea if Burma is one of those. Here's the link to your country specific page https://www.visajourney.com/portals/index.php?country=Myanmar

Maybe you can find people that are active and contact them to get first hand information.

For the proof of 100% poverty line ( 125% for AOS later after you got married) that you'll need for the interview stage usually the most recent tax transcript, an employer letter stating your income or your last paystubs will do the trick. But you're still far away from that. For the meantime read through the guides here and on the USCIS web page to get familiar with the process.

You won't need proof of your relationship for the I-129F, but during the interview for the K-1 visa, they may ask for evidence that the relationship has continued after the application was filed. You can use samples of chat logs for that.
