How accurate is that?

Which location? My husband filed (we live in Dallas) and it says it was sent to the National Benefits Center and estimated completion date shows December 21, 2021 (15 months). He filed under the 3 year (married to US Citizen criteria). he was eligible since last year but we took a break from the whole immigration thing....but with the price for citizenship application going up next month, we decided to finally apply.

I will be applying soon as I also want to apply before the fees go up. I have been eligible to apply for a while, I just never got around to it. It seems it's going to be a long wait, 12 to 21 months at the Los Angeles field office 😲

I am under the 3-year rule as well and my i751 is still pending (for a year now)

I filed last week under the 3-year rule with a pending I-751 (status = ready to be scheduled for an interview).

Hi Dutcher, I see that we are in the same situation, filed N400 with I-751 still pending. I have a question, did you sent them a letter When you filed N400 notifying that you have pending i751? Coz I didn’t. I just sent them the 18 month extension letter. I’m just wondering.

Finally filed my N-400 yesterday under the 3 year rule. I've been eligible for a year but never got around to do it (had a baby + Covid). Filed online and now the waiting begins. I'm thinking this will be easier than the I-751 since my green card won't expire for another 8 years so I'm not stressing  We'll see...

I did not include anything that indicates a pending status. I assume they know that when they run background check and information on me. There wasn't really an option either when filing the petition online to let them know I had a pending I-751. I'm not terribly worried about it. If USCIS have their stuff together, they'll see I have a pending petition 🙂

New here! I joined the forum since this is going to be a long journey!

Submitted online: 9/5/20

Online case status: Received status 9/5/20

Estimated to complete: March 2021

Located: San Diego (i checked the processing time and it’s between 10.5-15.5)

 

I filed under the 5 year rule. It’s been long overdue since I immigrated here since I was a child. I am single and no kids so I didnt have to fill marital/kids portions. 

Since I live in California (assuming lots of applications)  as of right now my case status is that they are taking longer than expected to process your case etc.

Hi guys!

 

I'm a september n400 filer like you guys.  I just sent in my n400 package last sept 4, 2020. It arrived in the uscis sept 5, 2020 but office was closed so it was resent and received by uscis last sept 8, 2020. I'm both super anxious and excited for the process to start. 

 

I called my chase bank to check if the uscis has deposited/encashed my cashier's check check this evening. So far nothing yet.  Hopefully next week they encash it already so i can get my g1145 standard text/email that they have received my application. 

 

For everyone who has filled not online.. how long did it take you to get that g1145 text/email that they have received your application? How long did it take for you guys to get your receipt number (if you didn't file online)?  Trying to find out how fast or slow its going these days/at the moment. 

 

Anyway, good luck to all of us september 2020 fillers! I hope everyone's n400 journeys are smooth and easy!
