Morning everyone!

my window opens next week. I’ve got my ROC approved already, but I wonder if I have to send all the evidence again or would they use the one I sent before?

I am  asking this because in the N-400 website they would only list as supporting documents our joint tax refunds (for the last 3 years) or leases/ loans or mortgages and my spouse proof of citizenship.

what are your thoughts or experiences?

thank you!

 Hi paranoid android,

USCIS will not use any evidence  that was submitted for your ROC, unfortunately we have submitted all the evidence once again for citizenships.
