Our NOA1 took almost 2 weeks from sending it. Don’t worry. Its on the way. Did they cash your check?

It has been little over 3 weeks and they have not charged me. I am not in-country and used the g-1450. no charge to my credit card

If you won’t have any updates in a week or so...I think you should call them.

There was a post...the petitioner sent his package from japan thru fedex...he received his noa1 after 3 weeks of waiting...you will see, it’s coming

You should call them after 30 days of you don’t hear anything from them

Hello fellow September filers! I sent in our packet on the 25th, USPS said it was delivered the 28th, the money was taken out Oct 2nd, and today I got a NOA-1 dated on Oct 2nd confirming their date of receipt was the 28th.

Hello September filers. Application was received September 3rd, 2020. Anyone status just states case received? I wonder if it shows another status before I get NOA2? The waiting has been real. Lol

Everyone receives that message of "case received" until either an approval takes place or an RFE is being adjudicated. Waiting for NOA2 is about 7-8 months currently so sit back and contribute where you feel comfortable.

 

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.
